SurveyMonkey paid form truly gives extraordinary report capacities and elective approaches to organize them fitting for a few unique crowds. In general, I'm glad about my involvement in SurveyMonkey. I strongly prescribe this product to individuals.
I like SurveyMonkey because of its straightforwardness in making and taking studies. How completes one aptitude your organization is doing on the off chance that you never get suppositions. Regardless of whether it's locale related or business-related. SurveyMonkey helps keep the heartbeat on your crowd.
At first, the gathering reactions parcel was a touch befuddling on how it had been discovered and what's permitted, yet like with all things, some utilization and perusing of bearings helped cure that.

Client increased sales 3x times!
We were working on some business logic enhancements for our client who is an online shop. As we run out of free version capabilities really quick, we ended up on Advantage yearly subscription. While our client was excited about ability to perform segmentation of his clients, client also wanted to share some of survey results with his end users in real-time. Part of client end-users were excited to feel influencing on online shop design and assortment, so, I believe, we also earned an additional points of our end users loyalty. The client itself is really successful, they increase sales something like 3x over pas year, and the role of surveys in that is undoubted.
Sometimes there's lack of options to provide enough options to create flexible enough survey. In particular we were unable to fin an easy option to switch users to another flow of survey based on segment they qualify based on first 3 questions. Survey results are not ordered by time that participants took it.

It’s even great for just requesting client feedback.
It’s incredibly easy to generate a survey, email it out, and aggregate the results while using Survey Monkey.
I haven’t really found any issues with it that I would call a con.

Let's us routinely solicit feedback from growing client base
Perhaps more robust than a small company needs, but we consider a well regarded survey offering customers are familiar with.

In the past six months, SurveyMonkey removed a host of features from their "free side", creating a situation where the month-to-month costs make zero sense for a small business. If you're using them on a daily basis, it might be worth the investment. Using them once or twice a month, the cost-benefit simply isn't there. Prior to that time, they provided every feature that a very-occasional user could need. Now, it's impossible to get any real business value.
The software used to be the premiere tool for providing quick client reviews and assessments of our client site performance. Easy to load and reload questions and easy to understand.

My client got their survey setup in 2-3 days.
Getting started is free. Easy to use interface to create all types of questions. Tons of features. Advance survey logic is fantastic and you can implement complicated logic fairly easily. Integration with all major CMS platforms .
Pricing is on higher side. Very limited functionality in STANDARD plan. No monthly billing option in ADVANTAGE and PREMIUM plan. Premium plan offers only 1 or 2 extra features than Advantage plan with huge difference in pricing.

I have used this software for about six years to conduct annual, semi-annual, and 90 day performance reviews. I use it to get coworker feedback before the actual review.
Easy to use, great for peer reviews, good for client feedback.
Setting up people in groups could be a little simpler.

I use Survey Monkey to get client feedback in my coaching business.
I love that I can get client feedback quickly and automatically by just sending my Survey Monkey link.
As with any survey, the challenge is getting people to actually fill it out. It'd be great if I could integrate it with some of the other software I use (i.e. Calendly) to automatically send them to my survey page.

SurveyMonkey surveys are great for killing time.
As someone who has taken lots of surveys, the surveys on SurveyMonkey are more fun and easy to take. The user interface is excellent, it's sleek yet modern.
Not all surveys are great and insistent surveys from less reputable SurveyMonkey client companies can be annoying.

This is great if you want an easy tool to getting client feedback.
This software makes it easy to send surveys for honest client feedback. It also tracks completion, etc. So very handy!
It took me a bit to learn how to set everything up, but once I had it down it was smooth sailing and easy to maneuver.

This has been a great tool for Client input when working on proposals.
I was very easy to customize to meet the needs of each project, They offer some great templates as well.
This is a great product no complaints or concerns. It was always easy to use and the reports generated where extremely helpful to analyze the data.

We have this software set up in our salon to allow our clientele to review their services. It’s a great way for them to provide feedback anonymously.

Easy to use and adaptable for using with my business and surveying members. Custom platform allows you to create specific questions o you can discover meaningful information.

The user interface and the funcitonalities are easy and instinctive to use and you can start your first survey in no time.
I don't have lot of experience with other similar platforms, therefore I cannot judge if there are better options

Overall, I am very pleased with SurveyMonkey and use it for my inquiries, onboarding, client feedback.
What I love most about this software is it is fairly easy to use + navigate from a setup standpoint - particularly for new users.
I wish I could have more than 10 questions for the free plan. I’d like to dig deeper into my clients needs - and end up reserving some of the survey questions for our phone call due to limited question options.
