Pros

Happy using surveymonkey, once I prepared office Christmas party and I used it to create a voting platform to present funny awards to the employees.
I love survey monkey I feel this is one of the best survey software out there. The setup process is very fast and seamless.
Customization on this platform is really fantastic and everything is so easily customizable, the user interface is slick and clean and very friendly looking.

Pros

Webex has created a strong reliable communication path for Employees and Customers. This has made working from home successful, and positive.
As a company, Cloud Cherry are keen to please and always looking for improvement to help their customers get the most out of an excellent system for the price.
This in turn has helped our customer focus efforts to improve in the quality of communication and information we provide to them.

Cons

The company's take on my dilemma was - "Pay for it" and you'll get the information you need. In my opinion they shouldn't bother having a free version of this software if it functions that poorly.
And completing would give you typically anywhere between 0.5-2. All surveys initially start with a few boring routine questions, which make you pissed off.
There should be more protection factors when approving registrations and preventing fraud.

Cons

With that version, it is not possible to edit regular communication. I find that if I discover an error, or need to change information I send out, I have to delete it.
The software has a limitation where more images / creatives cannot be added because it causes the platform to work slower.
I am trying to solve a marketing problem. So far I have not achieved my overall objectives because, my waiters consistency in using the software is an issue.

It is helping making our work experience better, management knows employees concerns.

Pros

I like that this software allows us employees to use this and remain anonymous. I know a lot of people, like myself that do not like filling out an surveys unless they can remain anonymous.

Cons

So far I have not ran into any issues using this software. I had trouble getting to the survey when I first used it to take my first survey, but that was user error. I would definitely recommend this to any company wanting truthful responses from their employees.

Very effective product

We have had great experience with this product. Our upper management and all employees are utilizing it daily.

Pros

The most helpful part is being able to get the opinions and truest feelings from my staff in an anonymous and safe setting.

Cons

It is often glitchy and sometimes my employees can not access it and blame that on us. We have assured them that it is anonymous and completely risk free to use. Most do.

Best for Collecting Opinion

I've been using SurveyMonkey since university. Now, we use it in the company that I work for. It's very easy to use and you can save time to create a survey with SurveyMonkey.

Pros

Detailed report of responses is the reason that I found it the best. Copying questions in one survey to another survey is very easy. Another good feature of it is tracing responses via email. Multiple type of input are available even if it's free version.

Cons

Customizing can be only done with paid versions of it. Mobile experience is not good as desktop experience. Multi language support is not enough.

Overall experience with SurveyMonkey has been great! It's allowed our management team to gather feedback on our external partners and our service process flow in whole. Would certainly recommend!

Extremely easy to create very complex forms - even those without experience can do it!

Pros

The software is so, so easy to navigate and create some pretty complex flows. We've deployed it here and even those without substantial computer experience can navigate it and use it effectively. Multi-user management is also pretty easy. It's not quite as easy as, say, Microsoft Forms but it's also far more capable in comparison.

Cons

Sometimes, filtering results after the fact isn't as clear as it could be, especially when you're talking something like Excel exporting. Other than that, it's very comprehensive.

Functional but frustrating

It works for surveying - but it is cumbersome and frustrating

Pros

Survey functionality, user experience is good, reporting is fair

Cons

With our plan, only two users can be logged in at a time so we constantly have to kick each other out. We are a small org so don't need a huge plan - but this constant kicking each other out is a pain. Skip logic is confusing at best. Other customizations are clunky and hard to implement. Also sometimes we have a survey where we actually want to know who answered what but everything is anonymous.

Pros

My company uses survey monkey throughout the year when they want quick feedback. It's easily customized for what we need and the surveys can be as short or as long as we need them to be. We've used them for feedback on projects, suggested proposals, customer service, job satisfaction... really, the opportunities are endless. Something else I really like about this program is that it's user friendly across generations. More and more, we are using software that takes an inordinate amount of time to train older generations on because it has so many features. Survey Monkey is basic, easy, and user friendly.

Cons

I've never had a negative experience with this software.
