EASY TO USE AND DISTRIBUTE SURVEYS

All experience has been positive using SurveyMonkey. We use this 3 + times/year after our major events and the response to the surveys by our attendees is actually quite good and above industry standards and I some of this is due to the quality/appearance of the surveys that can be generated through SurveyMonkey.

Pros

Easily integrated with Constant Contact and CRM data bases to send survey out to filtered customers based on the event.

Cons

Worked well with Constant and Contact and NEON CRM but we did not find it as adaptable/integrateable with MS Access.
