Best application for surveys and really good integration.
The integration the application has wtih Google sheets, office Reports, Trello, hubspot and google forms.
Not sure but some of their higher paid packages are really high in prices and not affordable, thousands of dollars...

Great way to do scalable surveys.
Great reporting, Great Fremium features. Integrates well with a host of other software including HubSpot and mailchimp.
It's a bit less intuitive than I expected. Also did not offer visual surveys (like choose a picture). If it does I could not find it.

Survey Monkey is so easy to use and widely recognized by almost everyone, making it an ideal choice for an office setting. I like the high level of results visibility available, especially in the paid version, as well.
I didn't have the easiest experience connecting it with Hubspot, but I think that was a glitch on Hubspot's part.

I really like that SurveyMonkey integrates with HubSpot. It makes it easy to segment lists and automation based off of responses to surveys.
I don't really have a negative review of the product. The only thing I can think of is that when creating surveys in HubSpot, if you're using a web collector link you have to ask for email address as the first question. This hasn't been too much of a problem though.

it's a great product for simple to complex surveys and the tracking capabilities are easily accessible in the tool, but also connect with other marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
Sometimes, the interface freezes which makes it difficult, and I've also had some issues with lost work even after saved.

Client increased sales 3x times!
We were working on some business logic enhancements for our client who is an online shop. As we run out of free version capabilities really quick, we ended up on Advantage yearly subscription. While our client was excited about ability to perform segmentation of his clients, client also wanted to share some of survey results with his end users in real-time. Part of client end-users were excited to feel influencing on online shop design and assortment, so, I believe, we also earned an additional points of our end users loyalty. The client itself is really successful, they increase sales something like 3x over pas year, and the role of surveys in that is undoubted.
Sometimes there's lack of options to provide enough options to create flexible enough survey. In particular we were unable to fin an easy option to switch users to another flow of survey based on segment they qualify based on first 3 questions. Survey results are not ordered by time that participants took it.

We use surveymonkey for surveys and it has worked great for us. We are able to create unique share links so we can track where the responses are coming from and integrate it into Hubspot.
The questions are simple to create but also have a lot of customization options. You can also create them as forms or polls.
The embed function can be somewhat formatted but still looks like a separate survey on the page rather than consistent with other page formatting.

We were able to set up a survey relatively quickly and provide a nice looking report to management based on the results.
Surveys are relatively easy to set up. The reporting is very expansive and easily exportable in a variety of formates (powerpoint, excel, pdf). We use HubSpot for our CRM, so it's great that it integrates with that.
They want you to upgrade to use a lot of their 'premium' features (some of which are pretty basic). Unfortunately, we didn't realize this when we selected our subscription and had to upgrade twice as we built out our survey. The survey project ended up being much more expensive that we had planned for, just to accomadate a few 'premium' features, some of which are available in Google Forms (for free).

Robust enough to create broad comprehensive survey programs but also useful for created simple, ad hoc surveys to take a quick pulse of internal and external constituents.
Solution is very intuitive. I was able to get my first survey up and running in about 30-45 minutes. SurveyMonkey also makes both data analysis and reporting very easy. Also great that it integrates with my CRM (Hubspot)
The one-piece that I found missing is the ability to merge two different surveys together (to merge the identical survey from different respondent groups). I know you can use a question to segment respondents but there was a specific reason I was not able to do this (I wanted to give each key account/company their own URL link to the survey and did not want to ask the customer to identify their company by name.)

Very affordable and what you get is very robust. Tracking opens and responses is a breeze with this tool
No real cons. This software does what it intended to do for an affordable price. Wish it would integrate with sales applications

How to improve sales/marketing engagement? What products/services are missing?
Survey Monkey provides a very user friendly interface. My company has used these in the past to conduct customer reviews on our sales/marketing representatives.
The biggest problem/issue I have found with survey software like this is that it's hard getting people to respond and take the survey. I believe the templates leave something to be desired and improvement would definitely help to engage those reluctant to fill out the surveys.

Data that can help drive sales, and even better - ENGAGEMENT, almost immediately.
Ease of setting up and implementing, as well as editing. I love the aesthetic, the look and feel of the surveys. Great "question bank" with ready-made questions to drag and drop into the survey. Considering how difficult it used to be to mine data as simple as "What's your favorite color?" less than 10 years ago... it's simply amazing.
Exporting the data or reports is in the higher-priced subscription only. I personally wish that the logic feature was available for the free option, but I understand that some features need to be more premium and paid to access. I haven't tried the other up-and-coming brands yet, but I would guess that Survey Monkey will need to stay innovative in order to maintain their rank at the top o' the heap.

Surveymonkey empowers my team to gain insights and feedback from sales prospects and customers.
I like the quality of the default template library that Surveymonkey makes available for me. Never have I had to seek alternative survey templates because Surveymonkey always has the right template for our surveys , regardless of the aim of the survey in question or the theme we seek. I need to likewise mention the Surveymonkey genius feature, which helps to rate the overall quality of our surveys and help to auto-populate specific fields on our survey question list with time-proven content that leads to improved capturing of the right data from target respondents.
Quality of survey reports and analytics with Surveymonkey has never met my expectation or that of my team. For every survey conducted through this platform, we've always found a need to export our data to a business intelligence platform for advanced data visualization and analysis.

Basic, but fine! Get's the job done for what we need.
SurveyMonkey is used by us in the marketing team, as well as our product team. It's easy enough to navigate and put together a basic survey, as well as customise it. We've seen great success in sending out surveys to our users for product feedback.
There's not a lot we dislike. It would be great if it would integrate with HubSpot, as that is the tool we use every day. It would be nice to be able to A/B test surveys as well, which we cannot do now.

Overall, SurveyMonkey is a fantastic user friendly platform. It has allowed our sales force to directly provide feedback to us and let us know what concepts/materials our sales force understands or needs more information on. I would highly recommend creating an account and trying out the free version to get the hang of using the platform, and then see what more you can do with the upgraded version. The paid versions offer a number of really useful tools (like the quiz feature and a bunch of customization features) that have been very useful to our company.
The quiz feature is awesome and has been a real game changer for the company I work for. We've not only been able to use SurveyMonkey to create surveys for our employees, we've also now created a number of quizzes to make sure our Sales Reps are learning the most important things from trainings.
We would LOVE the ability for our Sales Reps to export their quiz/survey results so they could provide them to their managers to include with customer orders.

It was easy to navigate and set up a survey. With never having done this type of set-up I found it very easy to edit and change
I was not clear on how the notifications went out and came back to me. I had some of the recipients contact me as they said they had completed the survey but I did not see it as complete.

My sales and my projects have been growing by the numbers changing the dynamics of my company.
SurveyMonkey is very easy to use, I use it anytime I’m looking to gather data for my music projects and every since I’ve used this product my sales have grew just based on the data that comes from it. This is a great product.
I only wished that it was able to be integrated into my marketing programs would it make it a next level survey platform.

Great way to gather feedback from multiple departments and divisions
The work flow..users ease of use, not choppy we use it after all our National sales meetings to gather info very efficient
Overall it works well except it does seem to have a lot of repetitive questions, not sure who designs that portion

Hubspot has been a huge boon for our sales side. We usually only get two or three hundred contacts a month, and it works great and is reasonably priced for that scale. It gives you the ability to benefit from stuff like pipeline management, automated workflows, and sales sequences which add up to dozens of hours saved each month which has more than justified its costs for us. I'd definitely recommend Hubspot if you're looking to systematize your sales operations and manage everything all form one place.
1. The automation capabilities are out of this world. We've set up workflows for initial emails, follow ups, stage movements, task updates, you name it. It saves you endless hours from having to do everything manually. 2. The pricing tiers for small businesses are a lot higher than the other tools we tried. You can still fully enjoy its benefits without having to pay a lot more than we were ready to.
It would be good to have some of the integrations improved more. We use the Surveymonkey integration to collect feedback but it can only collect and log responses from surveys, we'd als love to be able to send data to HS automatically from the submission tables.
