Pros

It was great when it worked, amazing in fact. But it felt like internal or external forces make it difficult to get a great response using the program.
It comes with a great deal of built in survey library which is a nice feature. The other feature i'd like to mention is the mobile app as its very easy to use and intuitive.
I love that I can ask my customers what they are interested in without them feeling like they will be judged based on their answer. Confidential and helps me run my business better.

Pros

This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document.
It's very easy to use in general. Teams, OneDrive and sites work like a charm, but if you want to get the most out of it and is office integration you need to do some reading.
I really liked the ability to create teams and groups within Sharepoint in order to manage sites on the fly. Having the ability to comment and or attach documents with complete ease.

Cons

The problem most persons have is formulating the survey questions properly. If the survey questions and options are not structured properly you can not blame the software.
I really didn't have any complaints. I had to activate the account through an email and it went to my spam folder in email, but that was an email problem not Survey Monkey.
I don't exactly have anything negative to say, as I have not had a bad experience with this program to date.

Cons

Worst thing I see and it is more of a user problem than software problem, is that people can name files whatever they want and it can get dificult to find files.
Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.
The only problem I can think of, is the lack of knowledge of users who might hinder the documents or create duplicates. This can then get cumbersome for admins to oversee and rectify.
