It's an easy to use online platform which can create Survey just drag and drop options. Users allows to customized all the interfaces and questions as much as they want and it can use to professional Survey.

Number of questions and Survey are limited in the free version.

Survey Monkey has one of the most simple, straightforward user interfaces imaginable. It's incredibly easy to navigate, and with a few clicks you'll have a custom survey in no time. Perhaps the best part, if you don't need fancy design specification or advanced analytics, you get it all for free.

There's very limited design features available in the free platform, and even with a paid subscription, you still aren't getting anything too fancy. It's going to be a chunky block by block survey regardless. It also limits the amount of surveys/responses you can get with a free.

SurveyMonkey is one great survey tools for anyone who is undertaking a simple project. The platform offers templates which simplify one’s work and in addition to this one views the results anonymously.it is also user-friendly.

Without a pro Login one does not access all features such as the translation capability

I had an issue with a product I was charged for and their response in essence was pretty much too bad. I am deeply dissatisfied and I will be taking my business along with my honours, masters, and PhD students elsewhere. I will be strongly encouraging all my colleagues to do the same. I will also be removing from my undergraduate program survey monkey as a preferred choice for survey delivery.

It is easy for the administrator to create the survey and simple for the responder to fill out the online questionnaire. Analyzing the results is straightforward. For the best feature availability, Pro is recommended. There are team discounts if a workplace team needs to set up this system.

To get full access to the website and the analytics, a "Pro" version is required. One of the benefits of SurveyMonkey is that many features are free. However, for those with more advanced analytic and survey requirements, Pro will be a necessity.

I like Survey Monkey for its ability to provide full functionality without feeling complicated or without it taking too long to build the survey you need.

Making a nice survey to send to customers was easy. the pro version with multiple languages was helpful

The cost to have multiple versions was only for an annual license which is expensive versus a monthly.

It's intuitive, user-friendly site. With pro subscription you get remove the logo or place yours. That's fine.

You can't really sent mass surveys to users, you can import the list of users, but automation is quite hard to achieve.

Overall, this is a good product. The biggest pro of this software is the ease of use and ability to easily share with others to complete the survey. Additionally, another pro of this software is it keeps the publisher up to date with the results of the survey, completion rate, and time.

What I liked least about this software is the about edits options, which can become confusing. However, once the users as an understanding of the software it becomes easier to navigate.

The obvious pro about Survey Monkey is that you can earn money by simply giving your opinion on products and services.

I think the main con I saw was that I had a hard time qualifying for any of the surveys. Once I got to the amount I could cash out at, I didn't do another survey.

I like the amount of types of questions included, if you're creating a basic survey it's really easy and quick.

There's loads of features to use if you have a pro account. I've used Survey Monkey a number of times, mainly for post event feedback and you used to be able to download the results for free, now you have to have a pro account so any analysis needs to be done online.

This allows me to know what customers are thinking about our goods and service

I think it's extremely convenient to get the results you want on something you want people's opinions on. I also think it is pretty simple to set up.

I don't have any complaints about the software. The only thing I don't understand is what makes the pro better than the free version.
