The leading software that does the job.

Overall I enjoy using Survey Monkey. It fulfills the needs of survey software and ultimately [ushes out the surveys to our employees in a timely fashion. It collects the data we need - and while I wish you could further interact with respondents after the fact - it provides the service we need without additional clutter.

Pros

Survey Monkey is extremely customizable and allows its customers to create surveys that best serve their teams. They are known as the industry leader and thus they garner more customers just from name sake, but they do have a solid product that backs up their claims. I wish there were more options for data analytics, but overall it has a strong foundation that upholds the branding.

Cons

There should be more feedback after the fact. Clicks and engagement are important - but I wish there was a way to with follow up questions to certain survey requests - and further engage with the consumers (not the customers or clients) using the software.

A standard for surveys

Assessing user satisfaction with software tools, market research, and contest surveys. It's a great tool for any kind of user assessment.

Pros

My team has used survey monkey for a few years. It's fairly easy to use, has all the question types you would want, customizable etc. It works well on all device types and the analytics are straightforward and easy to use.

Cons

The design options and templates can be a bit hard to get setup well. Once they are configured, it's easy to use them for any number of surveys. Recently we have had trouble with some of the surveys loading slow. Support has been quick to respond, but has not solved the problem yet. Some changes to the user account structure has pushed many customers into a higher pricing tier or in our case, caused us to reduce the number of seats.
