We had some issues at the beginning as it was a brand new offering when we purchased it, but we are glad we stuck with it and now it's exactly what we anticipated it would be.
I can send push notifications any time there is a new survey available, and I can browse and filter user profiles to get a better idea of who is participating and where they are located.
The software failed to provide the basic features and was fraught with technical glitches (e.g. not able to upload photos); the customer service was almost clueless about these problems and never really replied to complaints; the management team seems to be aware of all these issues. we did the study all over again using other software, do not waste your time, reputation and money on QuestionPro!
