I love the notifications for reviews and surveys. I don't have to think to login to Swell- I just open my email and there it is.
I would like if the emails showed the review without the need to login for the full review details.

Initially it was excellent, however my reviews have been stagnant for several months, which now is pusjing me to evaluate other competitors.
Purely for the usage of gathering Google reviews.

Swell is really easy and convenient to use, our company uses it on the daily to accumulate reviews for our google page. This helps bring in more business and appear as trustworthy. Using swell, we have maintained a 4.9 star rating.
It can be a little messy, we only use the review part of it to send out reminders to leave a review on our google page.

We have been using Swell for only 3 months. A new patient told us the other day that she decided to see us is because of the reviews (that Swell has been collecting for us). Before Swell we had a review once in a while, after Swell we have several every month!!
I can review survey from patients daily.
That surveys aren't sent immediately when patient checks out.

Beware! The biggest problem we have with Swell is their customer service and support. It is a joke. We lost the ability to text our customers, through no fault of Swell, but when we called support we got their voicemail. We left a message during their posted business hours on a Thursday. They never called us back. We finally called sales and they picked up the phone on the first ring (a little trick I learned when companies don't answer their support calls). The salesperson said they would transfer us to support but warned us they like to get off early so they may not answer. They didn't... This company will do a great job during the sales process but their support is non-existent.
Texting was simple. We didn't use the review feature.
The latest app update changed the way a text message looks when you type. The sentence is a run on, meaning there's no breaks after so many characters making it very difficult to proof before you send to a customer.

Awesome experience and always get a response quickly if I have any questions or concerns.
The way the software was developed makes it very easy for a patient to review my practice and the numbers have been growing as a result. One of the best ways to drive referral marketing.
Multiple reminders can be a pro and a con. Everytime patient comes in he/she gets a reminder to review. Im sure those that dont wont to review may find it annoying.

I have had a good experience overall with Swell.
We had been using Swell for review management for about a year when our dental software incorporated review requests. We canceled Swell for a short time for the built in product. We noticed a huge drop in review response using the other review management. Lesson learned, Swell has a method to produce the best response. I also love the text to pay feature. That has been a game changer.
Software updates have proven to be problematic with Swell at times but not updating in the database. Patients with canceled or moved appts would continue to be contacted. It took several days and attempts to remedy the situation.

By far the best product of its type that I have ever used and I have used several.
Swell is the most effective review system that I have seen! It is very easy to use, integrated with our software seamlessly and our review count has gone through the roof!! Simply amazing!
I really don't have a lot of complaints regarding this software. It does the job very well.

Very positive experience. Some of the few difficulties may well be chocked up to user error and lack of familiarity with the software.
Chat feature and review prompts are the most impactful for our business.
The ap is sometimes a little cumbersome to navigate.

getting more reviews and more access for the patient to contact us
We have been using swell for approximately 6 months. We love it. It has helped us get reviews from our patients with the ease of sending a great looking link. I also love that patients can message us from the site. Its all so great!
I wish that we could send review requests more that one time to the same number.

It has been good. We have gotten almost 200 reviews in less than a year.
It’s pretty effortless after you get it dialed in.
That if you allow google and Facebook as a review platform it also introduces the swell review. When you do that it takes reviews away from google and Facebook. I probably had 30 people review me in swells platform which is completely worthless because no one can see them but me. They need to remove that option. When I contacted customer support they said it could not be removed.

This software is magic, it somehow gets customers to leave a review for you.
None, its great! If the price was possibly cheaper it may make it better, but I do not mind paying for all the features of the software.
