I like the ability to chat with people online and message our existing customers but the lack of mobile compatibility can't be understated.

Integration was very easy into our existing website and software.

The webchat tool is designed as a lead generation tool first, which helps patients, website visitors, and staff engage via text instead of tethering them to the computer.

Cons

They already integrate with most practice management softwares so I can't imagine this would be difficult to do.

Pros

The software does this in two major ways: first, by gathering ALL of your business' customer reviews, and displaying them all in one place; and second, by offering your business a means to interact w/ customers in a fully customizable way.

Cons

There are a lot of tools built into this software, and I want for them ALL to be used! My only fear is that businesses won't utilize the software to its full potential.

Pros

As a marketing agency, we use this on -behalf of our clients and also allow them the ability to be admin themselves.

Cons

It's still a bit hard to customize the messages you send out for reviews. That being said, it's made it a little tricky to create messages that include all of the necessary information we hope to include.

We really like the group chat feature whereby the customer can choose the department that he wants to communicate to within the same location.

Cons

The one engaging with the conversation needs to unassign the other group members, otherwise, they would be bothered by email notification on each response.

This is a true salesman style company, great word tracks and presentation, but nothing to back up the claims.

The only good thing I can say is that the software was easy to use and learn.

Cons

I experienced constant issues with the integration. Took over 45 days to get the Swell integration complete and working after being told it would seamlessly integrate to Fareharbor.
