The customer service I received from the TABLE team was exceptional. They helped implement the integration, recommended an appropriate workflow, actually helped set up that workflow, and were there at all hours ready to assist in any way.

Cons The product is still young, and as such has a few weaknesses. It would have been good if SMS messages were available instead of just app push notifications.
