Pros

Very impressed with Customer Support, who were very responsive and obviously knew the product. As I work in Support, I appreciate this.
It's robust, has more features than almost anything in it's class, and the support team behind it is super friendly, and helpful. And they're based in Texas.
I love the automatic email feature, as it is helpful when we are out of the office or to follow up on tickets that have not been replied to.

Pros

It's an incredible programming for examination. I love the perception highlights since it transform drilling information into fun outlines or diagrams.
The ability to filter to the specific metric we are interested in is an amazing feature.
It is a good data analytics and visualization software and its ability to import data from multiples sources is a great feature.

Cons

Reports are a little difficult and confusing to set up.
It takes TOO LONG to go into every record and update a specific field. And I checked into the import feature in the admin dept, hard to understand and very restricted in several areas I need updated.
There are problems and a need for improvement in the numbering system. Random numbering for tickets can be sometimes confusing.

Cons

Could be frustrating to use when first starting as it would give you an error message but provide no specifics on what is wrong or directions to fix it.
I find it a bit frustrating when presented with a visualisation that doesn't represent the particular angle on the data I am looking for.
Had to take some training courses and even at that it was still confusing.

Pros

The reporting tool is very reliable and user-friendly; it gives the user the power to generate their own reports.

Cons

It is currently web-based; I hope they launch an app compatible for Android and IOS. Doing so will increase their flexibility and market.

We did not have a ticketing system to support our hundreds of clients. Since the day we implemented TeamSupport in 2014 our customer appreciation has increased exponentially. It also has allowed us to track, resolve and develop new and better solutions! Information and Control is power and TeamSupport provides that to us!

Great Customer Service Application

Our Customer Service Department recently switched from Microsoft CRM to TeamSupport and could not be happier. The application is very user friendly and does everything we need. TeamSupport's customer service is great! They are always friendly and willing to help.

Pros

Easy to use, robust, price is right!

Cons

Sometimes sends out unwanted emails to clients.

Best work station for the job

Team Support has been amazing these last few months. The customizability, the easy work flow, the reliability. Team Support has it all. There have been a few off days with Team Support where its been slow, or unresponsive. But I understand that they are a growing company, constantly add new customers, and their work load must be increasing. Overall I've been very impressed with the power this program offers our company to do our job well, easily, and efficiently. Thank you TeamSupport!

Excellent Support Application

TeamSupport is a great application support tool. I not only use it to manage my support tickets, but also to keep track of projects and related project tasks that involve multiple vendors. The user interface and ability to customize is superb. The only con I have encountered thus far is the compatibility with Microsoft Outlook html when updating tickets via email. The formatting gets corrupted, especially with bulleted lists. This is the only reason I gave the overall rating 4 out of 5. Otherwise, I highly recommend this product.

Are you in the market for a ticketing system? How about a real ticketing system that is ready to go – straight out of the box? If that isn't good enough, what if I said that there is such a system that you can also configure and customize to whichever extent that you need? You would think that the above options are wishful in the “grand design” of any ticketing system, but when it comes down to...
