Pros

The customer service portal is very easy to use and gave me confidence immediately. Commercial capabilities in real time are a great advantage and solid reports are very functional.
Fantastic product, wonderful team and one of the best example of perfection. Easy-to-use user interface.
It was an amazing experience using this program. Will definitely use it again and recommend to anyone who needs a program like it.

Pros

I like everything about SimpleTexting. The pricing was the best I found, the customer service has been outstanding, and it's very intuitive and easy to use.
It has help us reach out to the community of Bachman Lake. Family are being help to improve their life and within their education and a better future as leaders.
This tool was super easy to use and implement and we can turn it on and off depending on client campaigns. The customer support is superior and extremely responsive.

Cons

Plus, the sentiment is not always accurate. For example, if someone writes a short sentence "I've attached the report", the software interprets this as sad or frustrated.
From time to time I had problems because the program was loaded slowly and the customization was a bit restricted, however, I was able to continue working.
CSV format, without the needed flexibility and graphical representation of information (no hyperlinks, no PDF, no graphics) makes a very limited customer hub interface.

Cons

For those 4 days, we were unable to text and this slowed productivity. Also, I find it odd that all members of this software have the same number of 555888.
I am unable to text outside of USA, but that may be a limitation of the industry (not sure about this). However, they do provide text-to-email as a backup sending method.
I know people have to text in with the correct keyword but what if someone from another company accidentally types in our keyword. Does this automatically put them on our list.
