Pros

We use ticket leap for all our VIP ticketing and have had great success. It's a great service we recommend to all.
We have used this for several clients and really love it as we do annual events and it easy to duplicate an event when you do it year after year.
Easy, User friendly & Beautiful Event Management System.

Pros

Spanning's backup solution seamlessly integrates with Salesforce and allows us to track the status of our backups and restore selected information with ease.
Spanning was recommended to me by an associate, because I was looking for something that would work with Salesforce. Ve been pleased ever since.
Here we have an unlimited storage opportunity and a free trial period, it is enough to feel comfort of it.

Cons

I don't recall having any particular complaints.
Difficult to do reservations that are paid at the door.
They told us they would now be paying us after our event takes places which means we had to cancel it as the venue requires payment up front.

Cons

They requested us to use some weird helpdesk form to put our credit card in for billing which seemed unusual and suspicious.
Their response was to put our debt with a debt collection.
Sometimes errors appear in backup, but mostly the problem is on Google's side and is resolved in a day or two.
