The system is great and way out ahead of other ticketing systems in terms of ease of use, access to information and being able to present a good fresh interface for customers and as a back office.

Used Ticketsource for all our ticketing for past 3 years. Brilliantly designed, its ease of use both for the venue operator and online for customers is outstanding.

If I have had any queries or issues, their customer service has always been absolutely brilliant and it's great to see the features and options grow and grow.

This is one of the best web based services I have ever used and backed up by a really great help desk. Everything works as it's supposed to.

Ticketsource has been a great help for us at EMAS. The website has been easy to use, and generally the structure of the company allows any issues to be resolved easily.

It's very easy for punters to use, and I, as the event organiser am able to manage my own bookings very effectively. The help services are very quickly responsive and positive.

This can be a bit embarrassing for us, and it risks double bookings, if we then sell more tickets by other means.

A simple easy to use ticketing system. Perfect for our small village group, very good value for money and simple but flexible.

Every feature we required, easy to use interface and guidance, fast site, great pricing, nice looking front end for customers.

Events Coordinator

The only small criticism I would make is with regard to the ticket printer which every now and again stops working.

In my opinion giving the fact that the interface can be integrated into social media sites is a godsend. I look forward to using the website in the future, for years to come.

The site hangs at the point of purchase locking up tickets at the worst time as people make multiple attempts. Many, many, many fields and dates reflect London standards and not the US.

Overall I find Ticket Source excellent and find website integration very easy.

My main issue is the commission charges, which add up to hundreds of pounds for us so we have used an alternative self-hosted system (Stageshow WordPress plugin) instead.

Easy way to sell tickets

I loved that we could share the booking fee with the customer and that it was one of the cheapest fees around when I searched. It felt smooth, quick and simple to use for my business and for customers. Refunds were easy to issue and contacting customers with event updates via Ticket Source was easy.
