The only con I can think of is online customer service is offline on the weekends/Sundays. Sometimes that's when I'm working on the platform.

Access to reports (i.e., ticket sales per day, deposits per day). Support to ticket holders from my end with requests and information, i.e.,  for change in reservation, etc., is very user friendly.

From a manager point of view I do not want my ticket takers to have access to types of tickets they can scan. Leaves room for error at a very busy event.
