Ticket Spice reporting was great and provider our client the information they needed in an easy to use format. The customer support was very responsive and provided step by step instructions on the task we needed done.
I started using Ticket Spice in the middle of an already established event. I found the software easy to use and adaptable to our needs. There were many features to customize our event.
For the use of ticketing, I really didn't see any cons to using Ticket Spice.

Two of my clients use it and have for years. Great people and a great product and a great price.
Fair prices and great service, even for people like my clients who are using the software for things way outside the norm of event ticketing. (We use it for transportation ticketing.) Their programs are about as flexible as templates can get and even work with third-party automation software.
It's set up for concerts and conventions and the like so there's some improvisation we have to do. One day we'll convince them to cater more directly to small-time transport outfits but until then it's still a pleasure working with them.

As a start up, we needed to ticket events in a cost effective manner, that still made us look professional with a platform that is user friendly for nonprogrammer types. Ticket Spice was the perfect answer for us. As long as I'm at the helm of our production company, I will never use another platform to ticket source our events.
The ease of putting together ticketing for a simple event to the most complicated, professional looking results, and helpful, timely customer service.
The only con I can think of is online customer service is offline on the weekends/Sundays. Sometimes that's when I'm working on the platform. But their online resources to find your own answers is really helpful sometimes negating the need to speak with someone directly!

TIcketSpice has saved many nonprofits I've worked with lots of funds by the lower fees they charge compared to other ticketing systems out there.
TicketSpice is an incredible ticketing app I recommend to nonprofits all the time to use. TicketSpice makes it easy to create ticket registration form pages as well as confirmation emails. Their rates are much cheaper than Eventbrite's and they have some additional features for nonprofits that outweigh Eventbrite.
Although you can customize your registration forms, there are parts of the form builder that can feel a bit dated. Some of their templates could use a bit of updating.

This is the 11th year of my event and I've used a wide range of ticketing software over the years. From eventbrite - to my own custom ticketing system I coded for Wordpress. I've tried quite a few ticketing options, and Ticketspice has been by far my best experience. It's easy to customize, and offers just about all the features I need! Whether I want to add on to an original order and automatically charging the customers credit card, update my ticket landing page, export reports or check-in with the Ticketspice app - it's been a delight. And... customer service is very responsive!

Ticket spice offers a lot more flexibility in putting events together. We had a complex request for our ticketing and TicketSpice was able to help us with that solution
I believe its a relatively new company so they're still figuring out the tech support side.

We have used many ticketing solutions and found TicketSpice to possess all of the features we have needed from the more expensive solutions at a fraction of the price. Excellent product.
It would be great to have a rolling window of date availability for ongoing events. Otherwise, the software works great.

The only problem we were solving was line ups. Going to an on line ticketing platform will eliminate the line ups and also us to allow only a manageable number of people on the farm at a time
The ease of the product. It is also a simple process for our customers to use.
There are no cons it does everything I need it to do.

I'm very happy and currently using this product!
The system has great features & functionality. The costs are very reasonable as well. We have access to reserved seating we can use if needed.
I really only have one issue that seems to have a limitation. The embedding feature Does not work super well on the website. It looks good and functions but it has limited customization. I've had this issue with every ticketing system I've used though.

I cannot say enough positive things about [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the TicketSpice experience. He demonstrated great skill and listening qualities, and truly made this a great experience, with helpful tutorials, expert instructions, and patience (for a Baby Boomer). All this has positioned the museum to have a successful major opening event.
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] seamlessly designed software to meet Worcester Historical Museum's major exhibit opening timed-ticket needs. The pages he created include our logo, graphics, timed-ticketing, and catalog sales. In a friendly and helpful manner, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] set us up for success.
I really can't identify a con about this software. It is primarily a ticket software program.

Great ticket sales are in your control with this software. You have full customizing power and the option to create free or paid ticketing for your event. You can easily gather all the information you need from ticket buyers and when you need help, it's only a chat away!
They have a very similar software called regfox, it is a little unclear when it is best to use each but the good news is, once you learn one, you can work on the other too!

Increased accuracy in determining attendance.
Ease of creating multiple campaigns and allowing specific guest access. This is beneficial as the VP of Communications for a professional club that administers several different events chaired by different board members, all of whom require limited access. The ability to offer different ticketing levels and to purchase multiple tickets is also a great and necessary capability.
Does not easily integrate with Wordpress or Mail Chimp - requires Zapier to connect.

We needed a ticketing system for a large event that we took over last year. It needed to be something easy for me to set up and easy for our registrants to use. TicketSpice did not disappoint. It was easy to set up, and even when I encounter something I can't figure out, their customer service responds within minutes.
I have never had to set up a registration system to this extent and every single question I have has been answered within minutes.
Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like.

Finding TicketSpice was a gift from the heavens! We needed a ticketing platform that was accessible, private and secure. TicketSpice was always responsive to our questions and requests, even over the Holidays. They answered every inquiry and were able to work within the time frame we needed with efficiency. Thanks to TicketSpice, our event went off without a hitch.
The privacy and security features were everything our client was looking for.
We wish there were more options to customize the landing page, to allow for more branding -- being able to change the fonts, page color, etc.

Setting up an online ticketing site is a breeze with TicketSpice. We found that we were able to customize anything we wanted, but more importantly, I felt I had direct access to the database fields with their reporting wizard. I can pull any customized report for any committee that I wanted. Finally, the attendee scanning mobile app was a joy to use. It actually made check-in fun. Volunteers were able to focus on welcoming guests and not on the technology.

We only hold events December through March or April, so this not a continuing thing for us! Most of my time is spent entering everything over the course of about 30 days. Since I do all the ticketing for our events, there's always a learning curve to the start up. We've been using this software for three years now and it certainly gets a little easier as time goes on. Again, having the online chat available almost 24/7 does make like easier, especially when in a jamb!
We use the software for about 30 days to design our events for the season. We're located in southwest Florida so season is December through April at the most. We don't get into any web-designing so being able to build an event from a template is so much easier for us. Adding in the various layers of tickets, fees, and donations, truly gives us our needed flexibility. Being able to set parameters with the timing of sales or number of participants is also a great feature. Two features we will be looking at more closely is communication with participants and attendee ticket scanning.
Using the software for a just short period of time per year and not knowing the many nuances to the software can be frustrating to sometimes figure out. One of our biggest concerns is for our live stream events and people sharing their email with the access information. This is something that is not necessarily easily figured out and I'm not fully confident it's been recorded properly. However, my chats with customer service have put me at ease that everyone should be able to access these events without a problem.

After coming from Eventbrite, and testing out MANY ticketing systems for our many events, I have found the NEW 4.0 version of Ticketspice to be the best and in a class by itself. Why? 1. The clean and modern look.. On MOBILE and on web - Looks great... Have yous een an Eventbrite's STRIPPED OUT mobile version? It looks like a contract of text! All the graphics are gone. 2. The crazy flexibility...
