It provides a small not for profit organisation run by volunteers with all the tools to run it in one product. It is user friendly and extensive training is not required.

It's well-built and being actively developed. Existing features are clearly thought out and very useful.

This is unwieldy and frankly looks unprofessional.

Its great to just read from this app when in a meeting. It shows who still owes money and also who we owe aswell which is a timesaver for me.

I love how simple it was to set up, and how much personal attention I was able to get from the support team.

It can be confusing to use the calendar vs events.

Customer service has been great and its been easy to use. I wish that I had started using this platform earlier as it would have been ideal when we were smaller.

I am also excited about the application API, although the features so far are comprehensive enough I haven't had to write any custom apps to support our org with the API yet.

frustrating and I feel I am a slave to a corrupt old system. 

I would like to be released but I am forced to use this, and pay a greater amount every month.

I hate having to redo everything several times

As both a member and administrator - very positive and easy to use.

Overall Tidy HQ has contributed to ease and flow.  I feel both relieved and eager when I login and I feel happy and satisfied when I logout.

5 stars all round

Fantastic Software

A very easy webpage to use.

It's really very promising & cool, and could be one of the best in the market, but need some bug fixes & more options, also adding more currencies, and option to use multiple currencies.

We are going through a 'bedding down' of the platform and functionality. 

Multi-currency is something we support only lightly - we support one currency at a time. I don't think we will be changing this too much in the future as it isn't required much by our target customers - I think there are bigger systems that better handle this :) 

Quick way access membership information and notifications about changes in membership.

I haven't used TidyHQ for a few months, but I would seriously consider use for some future efforts.

Noted regarding shifting folks from one ticket type to another. 

You can create a few custom fields to help with collecting information about what stands your vendor wants. You can also upload an image of the floor plan so they can check it out in the event description.

The pricing was designed so that those paying can have unlimited contacts - we initially launched our pricing based on number of Contacts but was soon told that it didn't fit smaller organisations so we felt this was the best way to handle it :)

It handles most of the "specialties" we have concerning membership types.
Still missing the right capabilities for handling the signing up for events.
Don't mix Participants with Contacts.

Nice features. Handling memberships - and payment tracking - can be a handful though.

A great package  - every club administrators wishes come true

We have established instant communication with our membership. We keep accurate records of their individual details. We can devote more time to the members actual needs on a daily basis.

How Tidy HQ helps not for profit organizations assist their members.
