It saves a ton of time. I have nothing but good things to say about TimeTap!

Pros

Ease of use, flexibility is pricing, custom URLs, automatic email reminders, text reminders, calendar syncing, easy rescheduling, etc...

Cons

I can't think of any but my assistant finds it to be too "sensitive" at times. She's only been using it a few weeks though...

I have enjoyed using TimeTap. My patients are able to see and modify their appointments w/o calling.

Seamless integration into my website and mobile platforms.

Cons

nothing so far. In the future it would be nice to implement SOAP notes and other EMR with the scheduling program but then it wouldn't just be a scheduling program anymore.

Flexibility, that it is customizable, that customer service is quick to respond, and always helpful, reasonable price, easy for clients to use, appointment reminders are helpful.

Cons

I tend to find that the online site is easier to use on my phone than the iPhone app.

TimeTap is not ready for successful enterprise or small business level use

The email and text reminders to customers has cut down on the time I need to do it manually.

Pros

The customer support, the ease of the UI/UX, the options for color drop-down are nice, I really don't have a ton of nice things to say honestly.

Cons

The difficult transition from trial to paid version; the frustrations with 3rd party (google) calendars; the fact that there is no customer support on Sundays when we need it;, the difficult initial setup process took many, many hours; the "remember me" button to save the password doesn't work; I cannot search the appointments at all (I need it searchable by customer name, staff member, etc); the list really goes on and on

We were able to easily manage a complex interview schedule for 2 interviewers and 9 candidates

Pros

Great customizable emails and easy to keep track of candidates and their schedules.

Cons

A LITTLE confusing between setting up one-time and "sets" of open hours for scheduling, but we figured it out.

I've been using since it was checkappointments.com. Integrates very nicely into existing website.

Unforunately, the graphical interface is a bit outdated, and feels a bit clunky when you are setting it up.

Timetap has really helped our office!

I love that Timetap automatically sends email and text reminders to our students to remind them of their meetings.

Cons

I wish I could color code the appointments that are brought over from Outlook or Gmail to differentiate them from the ones added directly through Timetap.

I Love TimeTap!

24hrs ahead of the appointment and it blocks that time on my Google Calendar. I love it!

Pros

It saves so much time and saves having to do countless back-and-forth emails to schedule multiple interviews with people.

Cons

I would like more feedback about the sync with Google calendar - how often that happens, is it automatic, if my calendar fill up will TimeTap keep someone from scheduling in a blocked timeslot?

Hi Clara - once you've synced to a Google calendar, each time an appointment is booked with you, that appointment annoucement is populated automatically on your Google calendar. If updates are made to the appointment, the calendar announcement will update automatically as well. If you have a blocked time on your external calendar, TimeTap will register that time as unavailable and will not display that time slot as a booking option to your interviewers.

Because of this software, we are able to execute the vision of our social enterprise to fight the opioid crisis without the prohibitively costly overhead associated with having human schedulers & administrators.

Pros

As a non-profit that provides free, longterm support to those healing from opioid addiction, we had very specific time management needs for our volunteer "Listeners" to schedule meetings with people healing from an addiction crisis.

Cons

I think, however, that this is just a necessary symptom of highly customizable software.

Excellent and seamless. I tried a number of scheduling tools and this is the easiest by far.

The multiple appointment reminders and how easily appointments are to confirm with clients are key.

Cons

I think the only thing that I would like is to automate synchronizing my personal calendar with my Time Tap calendar so that when someone makes an appointment with me in TimeTap it automatically shows up in my iPhone or Google calendar as well.

Cons

I don't like that when an class stretches two days it then breaks it up into two events, two invitations, reminders etc. I think it can be nice to remind them of a second day, after they comp look ste the first however.

Very flexible, very customizable, and syncs both ways with Google and Office 365 calendars. Support was very hands on in helping us get started.

Convenient canceling and rescheduling 3. Tracking of payment

Pros

I don't have to work with clients individually - they can book their slot! However, I DO have back hand ability to book for them and that is great. I like having both possibilities!

Cons

I wish that it would allow me to actually cancel or change lessons, it never works if I try to use it for anything other than viewing my calendar!

I wasn't the main user when we had it, but it seemed like a really convenient way to see everyone's availability. The email reminders were nice, too.

Cons

The way the calendar invites interact with Outlook was a little odd and confusing.
