Pros

If you want a robust, adaptable system for a competitive price, then TimeTrade is at least worth considering; especially if you are serving multiple people in multiple locations.
This a really nice tool for my customers to be able to schedule meetings easily. It also is great because once someone books, there is the capability to alert the stakeholders that the meeting is set.
I have used Timetrade for over a year now. I have it integrated with my Wix website and love the ease of use and dependability of it.

Pros

We are finding fortune in the smaller opportunities that slip through cracks. Google's automation is a secondary benefit that our sales team enjoys.
I love that it syncs to our G-Suite environment. Having all of that information on a record is truly helpful to gain insight on our relationship with a customer.
They have great customer success follow-up and have many scheduled support resources/weekly webinars to ensure you get the best out of your investment.

Cons

The app also refused my password several times and would give me error messages despite easy log in through the site directly, aka no real password issues.
A little quirky to set up your Calendar access and restrict availability for times you do not want people to set up meetings. Disappointing it doesn't synchronize with Outlook for Mac calendar.
However, I found it too costly for what it offers/doesn't offer.

Cons

Any mistakes during data imports caused all sorts of data problems. There is no automating of drip email campaigns.
Good until inability to cancel. Now I feel the product is majorly defective as you cannot refuse to let customers cancel and continue billing them.
We were limited on the number of record types we can create. We deal with services and there was no way to customize the software to include this.
