Pros

What I like most about TIMIFY is that it is easy to use and very helpful when it comes to booking my appointments as well as helping me keep up with how much money I average each week/month.
The customer support is fantastic. It's great that you can add all resources and that they have access to Timify on the go.
Scheduling is very easy and the email notifications are great.

Pros

The software still cares for some fine tunning but it's definitely a great bet. The features are very helpful and insightful.
I am using the Growth plan. Initially I was very impressed by the unlimited heatmaps and sessions playbacks.
Very helpful in UX tracking, fulfilled the purposes.

Cons

I just hate that I didn't find it sooner. I wasted a lot of money looking elsewhere.
Currently experiencing difficulty with the client email confirmation not working currently waited 2 days and still no response.
I miss the "every two weeks" button in the reccurence system.

Cons

Because it's a relatively new software, it's still missing the maturity that other players have brought to the market.
I find them a bit confusing when it comes to navegation.
Considering that the tool itself is not extremely recent, I was disappointed not to find some more advanced features that most well-established tools have.
