Pros

Our not-for-profit corporation had an excellent experience with Tix. Friendly customer service and a powerful interface for issuing and managing tickets.
Tix is too good to be true, yet it is all TRUE. Not only did it save us money, but it has made our day to day tasks much easier.
Enhancement features are always being considered & put into place to improve the ease & quality of patron purchasing pleasure. Can't say enough great things about this organization.

Pros

I love how friendly the software is. It’s super easy to figure out and if anything ever goes wrong, the amazing customer service is only a short phone call away.
I love how integrated this ticketing software is with our website, and the customer service is top notch - friendly, thorough and timely.
We went with OvationTix for the 2019-20 season and have been very happy. Their sales team has been super helpful in setting up all of our data.

Cons

Lack of social media connection. Lack of information that can be placed on the tickets and being and to use the same information on the online and box office tickets.
Some of our costumers seem to have a problem with their passwords.
Sometimes it drives we crazy when I have to change an order.

Cons

Added a row of seats on the website which put us over capacity in our theatre. It is a fire code violation and we can get fined.
Duplicate patrons are not listed chronologically which causes a lot of extra button clicking. I have complained about this before.
However, there is a lack of functionality of which I am wishing.

Easy to use, fantastic support!

Tix has been a breath of fresh air for our ticket office after coming from AudienceView Professional. The software was easy to learn and get set up with and is surprisingly feature-rich, bringing us more options and more advanced options to work with. Couple this with truly great customer support from not only our Tix rep, but also the support and development teams, and you have a ticketing system that probably isn't beatable for the price!

Pros

Excellent tools for setting up events quickly and easily, including great discount and email management programs that make applying the same setting to multiple events a breeze! User interface for administrators and users (ticket-buyers) is straightforward and clean. Customer support is fantastic!

Cons

Reporting is different from what we are used to. There are a lot of different reports, and figuring out what we needed for our accounting has taken some time. That being said, we are very particular with our accounting, so this may not be a problem for other institutions.
