Pros

Pros: many options, excellent customer service representatives, robust reporting system, competitive pricing, very reliable. Cons: requires login for customers.
The service is great, the product is awesome, and they have an extensive help center to help answer any questions. The ticketing service itself is intuitive and easy to use.
My company is very pleased with the product they offer. We have been solicited by other ticket companies, but would not switch because of the awesome customer service with TIX.

Pros

Best and very reliable solution for ticketing. Easy to set up and very good integration.
Top notch customer service with amazing follow up. Ticketing choices are great and fast.

Cons

Lack of social media connection. Lack of information that can be placed on the tickets and being and to use the same information on the online and box office tickets.
He has been there every single time I have called and he has walked me through all of the questions and problems I have had.
They listen to my problems, have eased my frustrations and spent hours and hours on the phone with me and my complications over the years.

Cons

I was able to figure everything out and had help when I needed it. Maybe as I learn more about this industry I'll be able to Nit Pic the problems of their service.
Especially over facebook, instagram, and client advertisements. If I were able to pull the report that is shown on purple pass I would be able to upset the marketing packages you offer to our clients.
No site is perfect, and the small problem I listed is minor. We've been able to control our events, control pricing, make changes when necessary, and the price we pay is very reasonable.

We were very pleased at how easy it was to use. I like how it let us know how many attendees that pre ordered tix haven't arrived yet and let us plan for them.
