Pros
Our not-for-profit corporation had an excellent experience with Tix. Friendly customer service and a powerful interface for issuing and managing tickets.
Tix is too good to be true, yet it is all TRUE. Not only did it save us money, but it has made our day to day tasks much easier.
Enhancement features are always being considered & put into place to improve the ease & quality of patron purchasing pleasure. Can't say enough great things about this organization.

Ease of use and ability to keep track of progress of all our events. The ease of printing out attendee lists.
Yapsody is easily the most amazing ticketing solution I've come across. It's user friendly interface and awesome customer support totally blow the other ticketing systems out of the water.
Yapsody had a good deal for nonprofits and I then chose it. The system is easy to duplicate events and has good deals on nonprofit events.
Cons
Lack of social media connection. Lack of information that can be placed on the tickets and being and to use the same information on the online and box office tickets.
Some of our costumers seem to have a problem with their passwords.
Sometimes it drives we crazy when I have to change an order.
Cons
We sometimes had issues with people clicking the link and picking the wrong date by accident, not realizing they needed to select a specific date.
At times the interface could be clunky to edit, especially for somebody who isn’t familiar with the product, and there are always the fees to worry about, even though they are less.
Occasionally, I have found that a feature I am wanting to use may be found on a screen that is not the main screen. For instance, we block out our tour ticket purchases after the tour time has passed.
