Pros

The best thing about Tracker to me is our rep she is super efficient and seriously makes us feel like we are her ONLY customers. She is always there for us instantly and is super smart.
Calm, knowledgeable, patient, with great client focus. Very happy with the sales and integration (so far).
I like the interface and many of the search features of this system. I LOVE how great customer service, David Alonso and our Rep Taylor are in accommodating our training and customization needs.

Pros

Flexibility, Ability to Customize and amazing customer service.
It does a fantastic job of marrying a sales tool and a finance tool, which is exactly what we were after.
A customizable software solution with an amazing support team behind it.

Cons

There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow.
I could not find them in a run-of-the-mill web search. Only after a lot of trials and dead ends did I come across their product.
To many tabs, and does not work very well when it comes to general search option.

Cons

Do your research and only seriously consider companies that offer a 30 or 60-day trail. As a Sales Executive, I live and die by the accuracy and insight that I'm able to pull from my CRM.
How many times do you click on the 30 day trial - and then struggle to make the software work for you. In my case, it was multiple times.
There is no calendar or task functionality as leads are automatically highlighted when they haven't been updated in awhile.
