Pros

The best thing about Tracker to me is our rep she is super efficient and seriously makes us feel like we are her ONLY customers. She is always there for us instantly and is super smart.
Calm, knowledgeable, patient, with great client focus. Very happy with the sales and integration (so far).
I like the interface and many of the search features of this system. I LOVE how great customer service, David Alonso and our Rep Taylor are in accommodating our training and customization needs.

Pros

We love the system because it is very intuitive. We are thrilled, not only that we selected Posim, but are very happy with the number of reports that can be generated, and the ease of operation.
Everyone is kind and patient. We have had an amazing experience with Posim, and actually showed it off to an Alpaca/retail location here in Kansas, we loved it so much.
We feel that time is money, and we save a lot of both by utilizing this software. We cannot say enough regarding how happy happy we are.

Cons

There is little room for error with this program. You have no way to delete assignments without messing up your entire workflow.
I could not find them in a run-of-the-mill web search. Only after a lot of trials and dead ends did I come across their product.
To many tabs, and does not work very well when it comes to general search option.

Cons

There is not a whole lot that we are disappointed with, any problems we have are typically user error, or addressed in future updates after discussing concerns with technical support.
Not worth the money invested into the system have had problems over and over especially with website linker issues as well as corrupt data with product descriptions changing on their own.
We have not been able to use the report portion of the software. We find it very confusing.
