Support does not answer questions, they stall, they deflect, and when that fails, they fall back on asking for an "Odoo only" version of the software to test the problem.

If your business has any complexity to it this might not be the best fit. Tech support is outstanding. It's ironic that the vendor with the best tech support is the one where I need to use it the least, but for upgrades and platform changes they are outstanding. I am thrilled about how easy it is to track my sales, contacts, and opportunites through this software.

With a couple of small changes, I would be confident in saying that it would stay as our CMS for the foreseeable future. The easy to use software helps track revenue opportunity, emails, and keeps the team on the same page with customers. A simple, yet effective tool for any business. I use the desktop version which I like better than the app for the phone, but I still appreciate the app when on the road to make notes and reminders.
