Doesn't have everything but still pretty impressive tool

Pretty cool tool, but not the easiest thing to learn and we are struggling with it consistently working properly. Usabilla has a lot of functionality from a UX testing perspective. It allows for the creation of multiple testing buttons and campaigns and has a fairly impressive data/metrics dashboard to give you analytics on how your testing is going. Our company was able to figure out we had a bug right away solely on the fact that people complained through our Usabilla feedback widget, without it we might not have known as quickly.
