Easy to Use and Quick to Adopt

Easy to use out of the gate. It's clear the owner and staff have done their research in helping organizations get started and continue to iterate from the start.

Pros

I like that there are many templates to chose from in sectors and industries. You don't have to consider how to set up different possibilities with teams. Making research and/or assumptions explicit is easy. In addition, having recently added in an image library makes the process even easier.

Cons

Some of the cards are not adjustable. For example, skills in Personas is one block of five sliders that cannot be broken into individual cards, nor can the numbers be adjusted on a sliding scale. This is a small detail but if UXPressia dove into those areas of options, an excellent product would become even better.

Hi there We thank you dearly for your detailed review! As for the Persona's 'skill' section, it is indeed flexible with adding multiple sliders, or on a bigger level, multiple sections. The sliders don't have a fixed stop, and you can create your own rating system by customizing it.
