Es un buen producto, hace lo que tiene que hacer, pero muchas opciones buenas son premium y quedo limitado con mi trabajo.

La facilidad de insertar secciones, fases o momentos, graficar la experiencia.

Cons

No puedo escoger plantillas para mapear Journey integrales de diferentes canales o modelos de venta

excellent web-based package

easy setup -- no learning curve.

Pros

links person to journey map. built in images for channels and user emotions are spot-on. Journey map software organized my thoughts for me.
