Probably the best software for customer journey mapping

Pros

Combination of persona designing and customer journey mapping tools. Collaborative work. Very good online courses for novices in the field.

Cons

Not adopted for mobile. But.. how often does one designs customer journey maps on mobile device? :-)

Helps to build UX foundations

Smooth tool to present journeys and personas to other team members.

Pros

I love the user journey section with the tips and easy of use

Cons

I'm not sure how well journeys connect with the personas? Could pain points and gains cross-referenced somehow?
