Pros

I love the ease of navigating through this software. It’s very user friendly and if I have questions I can call and get friendly customer service.
It’s good for keeping your business up and running. CRM is very nice and the mobile app is convenient.
Its a clean design and offers me all I need at a good price point. I've been a customer for 5 years and I really want to keep using them but I just can't afford to be down as often as I am.

Pros

The staff have been amazing- Very helpful and supportive. It has beeen a natural progression that was much needed.
My experience with Apptoto has been absolutely awesome. It has saved me money and made my job so much easier.
Excellent, easy to use, you can save time. Very versatile for reminders of all kinds.

Cons

THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! As I said they are the life blood of my business but this is the 3rd time in less than 2 years my pop up is not working and neither is the scheduler.
Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service.
The limitation with the PayPal automation, as I cannot specify which service I am automating in zapier. The layout of the emails coming from the platform with coding, doesn't look very high level.

Cons

After over a year of using this service it has failed on me at least 15 times. That is, for no warning it will stop pushing notifications to customers and updating your calendar.
The only negative I have found is there is no in person training. You can watch live on line tutorials or webinars.
Occasionally it will pick the wrong contact for the message, but those issues are rare.
