Pros

I love the ease of navigating through this software. It’s very user friendly and if I have questions I can call and get friendly customer service.
Support very good except they are not interested when I ask them about integration with our CRM.
It’s good for keeping your business up and running. CRM is very nice and the mobile app is convenient.

Pros

I love how easy it is to setup and use this software. It has made my job so much easier and my customers love it.
Really excellent all-around great support and it's been super helpful.
I like that it is very easy to use and it does save information so next time input - it pulls it up.

Cons

Our clients struggled with the appointment process and became frustrated with the system. We had to go another direction and were out $615 for only three months of service.
There were some combinations when making events and planning the calendar that took some tweaking. Sometimes there was a problem with calendar integration to all other calendars, but it was fixable.
No worries or things to improve at the moment.

Cons

There's some things that could be implemented that would prevent mistakes on our end.
I can't think of anything about it that is disagreeable.
It solves our problem having to call all of our customers the day before to remind them of their appointments.
