Pros

I loved that all of the scheduling and finance management was transferred online, as this administration side 2as a part of the business that I wasn't enjoying, but was also taking a lot of time.
Robust, all inclusive system, with outstanding customer support.
I love the simplicity and functionality of this product.

Pros

Excellent experience - helpdesk and training is superb, access from.anywhere with internet makes it very easy to use and client friendly. Knocks spots of its rivals.
The team at Salon IQ just get it. Fundamentally we liked the people, they are honest, genuine people who know the hair and beauty industry and have a superb product which works.
Really positive, support is excellent, it's the ease of use that's the bonus. We've been able to manage out salon better and seen our business grow because of it.

Cons

This avoids many internal developments that are often inefficient or very costly.
No Vcita no business for me. They have no live support, I've hated this from day 1.
You cannot delete appointments made in error nor can you 'actually' delete contacts.

Cons

Manipulation of data can be very cumbersome, for example when wanting to edit bulk data, the item by item approach is very time consuming and frustrating.
Rostering staff week by week and unable to do this on the hub as there is a fault with this. User Roles - Deleting capabilities/roles each time there is an update.
A couple of annoying little things were fixed on the last update.
