Velocify can be built to your company's specifications and meet most, if not all, of your tracking needs. Velocify is very user-friendly and has all the tools you need right there at your fingertips.
I used Leads360 in the past and see that we do not have some of the same features we had back then and have issues with the upload document feature.

What I like most is the time my rep has taken to learn my business. This allows us to have a strategic conversation on what would work best for me.
What I like least is the price, but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Velocify is the Mercedes-Benz of lead management software and a must have for anyone in the internet lead business.

Velocify's software has ultimately increased our bottom line. They allowed us to quickly follow-up with prospects and has helped us close more deals.
I wouldn't say it's something that I like least, but I would definitely say that you need to spend a little extra time learning it's capabilities if you're looking to maximize what Velocify can do.

We purchase a lot of leads and work with Boomtown as well. Managing leads within Velocify helps organize all of our leads from all of our sources. We can map all leads from Zillow, Bankrate, Really Great Rate and Lending Tree to name a few.
I dislike the automated email marketing. We wish that more industry best practices were shared.

Simple lay out with tasks bars that are easily navigable. After training, pretty easy to understand and then maneuver your way around. It is also a pretty quick system most of the time and doesn't spend a lot of time loading.
Unable to upload more than one report at a time. Would be easier if I could search everything on the same search bar.

The ease of use of the program is what I like most. It is laid in out in a manner that even a newcomer could grasp what to do!
The inability to back up after a mistake has been made. I believe this is in part because of the way the program is setup at my workplace. The vendor keeps us well-informed of changes that improve the work experience.

It keeps me on track and helps me mange my day. The automatic management of calls and updates is great and helps me avoid letting things slip through the cracks.
It can be annoying at times and it doesn't have the smarts to know the less obvious things about a contact. It would be great if it could work off of "soft" intel.

It's software designed for salespeople to help them close more deals. I feel so much more efficient during the day since starting in Velocify. It's super easy to use and set up. The support team is responsive and always willing to help.

The product is very easy to use. The Velocify team is very helpful and always finds a solution.
They need to have more custom reporting available for each account. All the canned reports are there for your use; however, I'm in need of combining the canned reports and this is an extra programming and development cost.

The system's functionality is easy to understand, and I appreciate the ease of filtering for needed criteria & making updates/comments/follow-up reminders.
I dislike the higher price for leads, amount of different company's allowed to purchase the same lead, and the inability to return certain bad leads.

I like the ease of use. I have Loan Officers that have been in the business for 40 years and LOs that have been in the business for months. All have been able to adapt and use this software with ease.

With the advanced edition, you can customize the Velocify software to do whatever you need it to do.
The learning curve is steep, but that's only because it's a complex program with so many features. It's not a bad thing, but you have to dedicate time to learning the system to truly have a handle on it.

It's easy to use and has great instructional training and videos. Their support team is always reliable and able to assist when possible.
I have had clients complain about the API breaking down from time to time, and at times, the dialer has issues, but it seems that those issues have been resolved.

That you are able to see how your actions and logs. That you are able to access your most recent actions with a student.
That the system can be very unreliable. The system always loses connections to the phone line; it doesn't always save the information correctly and kicks you off every now and then.

It's very easy to integrate with and straightforward for the client to use (they don't have to be an expert in CRM software). It's far easier to integrate with than Salesforce.
There isn't anything that immediately comes to mind in regards to negatives associated with the Velocify LMS solution.

I like that you can customize your system. The response from the support staff is always good. Velocify is also very easy to use and user-friendly.
Although you can customize the interface, you cannot build rules into your system. Also, the mapping of leads from outside vendors is very difficult.

I love the way Velocify allows my partners to be able to look at their production from a bird's eye view to determine what's working, what's not, who's working, and who's not.
I'm still getting used to the new name. Other than that, I'll have to get back to you on what I don't like about them.

Admins have decent control over lead flow design. It's cloud-based.
Technology is behind the times, reporting is a nightmare for customization, and the customer service is awful. We've been with Velocify for almost three years, and they still don't know what we do. Out-of-box LMS that is extremely rigid.

I like that I can organize my clients into categories and make notes on each one. I also like the ease of use of simply dialing a phone!
Nothing, it's perfect, I wouldn't change a thing. The makers of Velocify have taken the time to make this software easy to use for your everyday customer!

The price. This product is a lot cheaper then some of its competitors. The product does the job we need it to do.
The customer support is not good. The support team tries to point their fingers anywhere except at their own product. However, 9 times out of 10, the problem is with the product.

Once you have it setup, it really works for your team. For front end sales, it's really all you need.
I would like to see something that allows you to upgrade seats and become billed for those seats in daily increments. Focusing on the details such as this one will lead to greatness.

The system is extremely robust. No matter what you need to do, there is a way to do it. We've used other systems in the past, and they didn't even come close to Velocify.
We ave to cut and paste emails to the system. The text feature isn't as strong as the rest of the system.

It's easy to use, and the support is very helpful (although I find that calling gets a much better response than emailing).
I wish there was a test environment we could use so we could test new statuses/actions, as well as fields, without interrupting the production environment.
