Pros

It makes running my shop fantastic. Love all the reporting capabilities as well.
From customer service stand point, they are an amazing company, they will try to accommodate and go above and beyond to help you.
Also I can customize my receipts with my logo and I also like that I can offer in store credit for returns or gift cards. Love the option to offer layaways.

Pros

I had a very positive experience with SimpleConsign until the end, where I felt that the customer care could have been a little better. I would still recommend the product.
We use it at a vintage and antique shop which has 50+ vendors and it works perfectly for that. Our vendors love the real-time updates and its very user friendly.
They never make me feel like I am asking for help with something I should be doing on my own, or that they would rather be doing something else. Simple Consign has a GREAT customer support team.

Cons

Can’t change a payment method if you hit the wrong one causing issues at end of day. Has messed up inventory/costs 2-3 x and we lost our work.
Someone who does not know excel well he is in trouble unless he sells the same products forever. No manual provided so no employees cannot look up something they have never done before.
Main missing feature set is related to lack of insights over booking vs sales. Relevant to retailers that sell a lot of layby (advance booking of goods with a down payment), and we do.

Cons

Panic attack occurs when your software goes down.
You can not split credit card transactions and our printers frequently have problems communicating through the cloud.
Many of the printing issues are a bit of a pain in the behind. No matter how much I try to adjust the labels, I cannot get them to print precisely right on the page.
