Vergify’s CRM offers a range of customer and lead management features including custom fields, client groups, notes and comments, follow-ups, and an automatic address book. The calendar allows users to manage schedules, events, tasks, and client follow-ups, with daily, weekly, and monthly views. Integrated email enables the creation and management of email marketing campaigns, with users able to create marketing emails from scratch or utilize the built-in templates. Specific audiences can be targeted, and users can schedule emails and track campaign performance.

Vergify also offers a live chat solution which users can integrate with their websites to communicate with visitors. The chat widget can be customized to match the website theme, and users can track chat sessions and generate reports. Custom surveys can be created and sent out to collect feedback from customers, with support for multiple question types and the ability to embed surveys directly in websites or share with customers via links or email. Vergify also allows users to create invoices and custom payment pages to collect customer payments through Authorize.Net integration.

My experience with Vergify so far has been great.The best thing about this software is the amount of features you get with one app. Before I was using an app for live chat, a different one for email marketing, a different one for handling my support tickets and then a CRM for managing my clients. Vergify offers all of this. This is helpful and saves me time.
