vFairs Success for One-Day Virtual Conference

Highly positive. Would recommend vFairs and would use vFairs again for a virtual event.

Pros

Very attentive customer service, robust functionality, and reasonable cost for a one-day virtual conference with a single track of back-to-back workshops. Our event sponsors loved the virtual exhibitor hall with highly customizable booths. vFairs team provided support to our team as well as to our speakers and sponsors. Attendees appreciated the accessibility of the virtual event, the chat functions and availability of downloadable materials/resources, and a fun leaderboard function which offered the most engaged attendees a chance to win a prize.

Cons

No major issues or dislikes... the vFairs team accommodated every request we made regarding the virtual event environment and logistics, the training of speakers and sponsors, and the custom event splash page used for promotion and registrations.

vFairs is a MUST-HAVE for meetings during COVID

Our experience with vFairs was top-notch. Customer service was super responsive and helpful, as well as a pleasure to work with, despite a sizable time-zone difference. Our questions and any issues were taken care of quickly and completely. I was fairly skeptical about the effectiveness of a virtual meeting experience, but vFairs proved me wrong! Our attendees loved it!

Pros

Great customer support, easy set-up, visually impressive, highly engaging for our attendees, longevity of access to content, ability to communicate online with our participants.

Cons

Push notifications feature was a little difficult to use because of scheduling limitations. It would be very helpful to have had the ability to organize push messages by day and time to keep track of what has been sent vs. what is scheduled to be sent. Also, if these could be cloned and scheduled to post several different times during the event, it would be a timesaver.

A Commendable Experience with vFairs!

Pros

From the outset, the level of customer service and support we received was truly exceptional. Our dedicated project manager, [sensitive content hidden], exemplified professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process. She was responsive, gave clear explanations and instructions, and made suggestions for improvement. As first-time users of a virtual event platform, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease and seamlessness vFairs offered. The platform has intricate customization options, a user-friendly interface, and diverse features.

Cons

Although not a major setback, there is one aspect we wished we could have had more control over - the ability to edit and customize the landing page and the vFairs rooms on our own. This would have allowed us to preview different design arrangements, offering greater flexibility and immediate visualization.

Awesome Platform

Overall it was a great experience. They provide excellent training and really stay with you along the way to ensure you get the experience you are looking for.

Pros

VFairs is a great tool for creating a dynamic experience for users. It allows for great engagement and interaction, especially during a time when in-person events were inaccessible. The team we worked with was really helpful and remained flexible as changes happened to allow us to really personalize the space.

Cons

Through the years of working with them, they really improved and added feature to meet the needs of our organization. I think the only area that created a challenge was the registration page since our events apply to different groups and there is one registration. The other area is pulling data is challenging to navigate however, that is something the team is happy to help with as well.

The platform was effective and the technical support and staff were very helpful. VFairs has been very prompt with their reponses. Being new with this platform, we appreciate VFair's patience, supportive and positive attitude, and their capacities to accommodate requests including last minute requests.

Pros

Vfairs provided an intuitive platform easy to use for the candidates and employers. The technical support was amazing, with immeadiate response and support previously, during and after each virtual event.

vFairs for my Virtual Event

I have used vFairs for 4 events and will use them for a 5th. I love working with the vFairs team. They care about my success on their platform.

Pros

I wanted a virtual event that looked like a live event with moving people inside and outside of the convention all. I like the Exhibit Hall with booths of different sizes and a presentation area that is easy for attendees to access.

Cons

Email features to attendees need more visibility like a sent email box to confirm that messages were sent and delivered.

A successful inaugural launch of the vFairs online platform and mobile app

The successful launch of the vFairs platform was completed in approximately 4 months. It would not be possible without vFairs' dedicated project manager and team members. It was truly a delightful partnership. Look forward to our continued collaboration and effort to make the 2024 convention even a bigger success.

Pros

Excellent partnership supported by very responsive and highly skilled project manager and technical team.

Cons

The basic vFairs platform was not able to support the complex structure of our program. However, vFairs was able to adapt the platform to meet our needs. The work that vFairs did within a very short period of time was truly amazing.

as usual it was always a privilege to work with VFair team

The feedback from the participants, both employers and Job seekers was excellent and they were very satisfied.

Pros

The software is very easy to use, friendly, fast and reliable, and the technical support was fabulous.

Cons

I would like to ask if there is possibility to increase size of logos where it directs the participants how to do private chat or video camera mode of communication. Also increase the box where the private chat is happening and enhance the voice for the training video because there was an echo in the background.

Pros

vFairs is a true virtual event venue. It makes users forget they are sitting alone at a computer and makes the event feel as close to in-person as you can get,

Cons

I wish there was better usability in terms of setting up the event. There should be a way to bulk import sessions, users, and exhibitors rather than adding one-by-one.

Pros

Although everyone (including myself) raves about vFairs user-friendly interface, interactive features, comprehensive analytics, and flexibility for customization, my loudest applause goes to [sensitive content hidden] for CONSISTENTLY providing EXCEPTIONAL customer support by ensuring a smooth experience and promptly addressing any concerns.

vFairs online trade show

We need a platform capable of hosting an online trade show with 150+ booths and hundreds of attendees/buyers.

Pros

We where able to easily set up a large quantity of vendor booths, each selling a large amount of products. Navigation through our online event was excellent and the feel/vibe from the show matched the live events we participate in.

Cons

There was nothing that we where unhappy about.

Pros

Importing students/users in bulk was easy, no password requirement made student login easy

Cons

pulling booth engagement was difficult to streamline. 10 or 15 zip files all with 5-8 folders inside them was hard to organize into one single spreadhseet. lots of copying and pasting. would be helpful for there to be a total engagement section for each booth, instead of having to add each users engagement. Being able to filter users/students by school and not just county would be great

Very fast, exceptional customer service. Excellent support and follow up.

Pros

Ease of use, and includes everything an in person event would include plus tracking. We know what our attendees are interested and what they want to do.

Cons

When it's busy, not knowing who from our team is following up with an attendee without using an external chat for staff.

Second time users and the magic still worked!

It was easy, professional, pleasurable and was handled by the team so well by meeting all our requests at odd hours of the day, across different timezones and even working with us on weekends and public holidays to accommodate our various last minute requests.

Pros

The functionalities which we required were all available. We wanted to make our platform inclusive for all diversities and the platform provided us with all options whichever we required. Was a pleasure to know how accommodating the software is to our different unique needs.

Cons

The only thing we thought could have been enabled in the option to have automatic subtitles for all the videos. But, nonetheless, there was an option to add transcriptions, which served the purpose.

Excellent service with great staff

Pros

We have used vFairs for two conferences. We had very specific requests for holding our event which included live sessions with breakout rooms, on demand sessions, a poster hall, exhibitor area, and other content. The team was able to build a beautiful platform which was easy for the attendees to navigate. It gave the attendees the conference experience while viewing from home.

Cons

We had to use youtube to create closed captioning services for our on-demand videos. When the videos first aired it was hard for the users to activate the closed captioning services. However, when the videos went to on-demand status, the captions were easily activated.

Virtual Benefits Fair

The vFairs staff were very easy to work with and super responsive. Feedback was well-received and issues/corrections/customization completed timely. Meetings were well organized and efficient. The staged build timeline was well-considered and easy to follow, breaking down the various decisions and setup options into easy to meet steps and preventing the project from feeling overwhelming. This was our first time setting up an event like this and it was both intuitive and tightly managed. We will certainly be back for more events in the future.

Pros

Easy to customize, many options available. We could elect to use or not use virtually any feature of the platform. Setup took exactly as long as estimated and we were able to build an event from scratch in only a few months.

Cons

Analytics and reporting could be easier to access. Some sort of self-service or employer dashboard would be helpful without having to rely on the vFairs staff to provide.

Successful Partner Event with vFairs

Overall, I am very satisfied with vFairs and their virutal exhibition product. We had a very successful event and received great feedback from partners about the platform. The vFairs team replied very timely to requests and questions - really appreciated the round the clock support. Thanks again! :)

Pros

- easy to use and navigate the backend - support on the day of the event - great customization to corporate identity - around the clock support from the vFairs team

Cons

- final environment only ready 1 day before the event, a dry run was only partially possible (however this is due to the fact we only had 8 weeks to organize everything) - low engagement in the chat

Virtual Conference with vFAIRS

Pros

We are planning a first year conference in a virtual environment. vFAIRS has been there every step of the way with us, even though we've been working out a lot of logistical details on our end. Their professionalism and patience has been invaluable in bringing this event to life. Our account rep [sensitive content hidden] has been extremely responsive and helpful with all of our questions.

Cons

As someone with a web development background, I am more comfortable with a lot more backend control, but for the average user I think the platform is perfectly suited.

As a global company, it is difficult to reach a large number of customers and partners at one time. This tool allows us to educate and engage with customers around the world in such an easy manner. Their exwecutives are key contributors to the company's success. Their attention to detail, positive attitudes and commitment to the success of each event gives me the confidence that the live event will always run smoothly.

Pros

It is easy to use and understand. The environment is very visually appealing and has tremendous flexibility. You can have multiple events within the same year and change the look and feel to keep it interesting for attendees.

Cons

there is not a single thing that I don't like

Pros

I really like their adaptability. They have grown with us in hybrid events and strive to met every need we have in a platform as we grow.

Cons

Time zones can be a little challenging some times with most of the people working on our event being located in the Middle East.

LOVE the ease of use and excellent customer service

Pros

The vFairs platform is very user firmly - both as the Administrator and the attendee of a virtual event. There were many opportunities within the platform - including video based events, chat based networking, and gamification. But the real benefit to the vFairs is the high quality customer service and the program manager assigned to our event. Working with our program manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], has led to a very successful experience in the past.

Cons

I have not identified any cons to the software.
