A Perfect Fit

We hopped on in a hurry because of the pandemic and had a good experience. We then went through the tutorials with other platforms and came to realize how much we loved vfairs. We've done quite a few live and hybrid events with them and I have no reason to look elsewhere.

Pros

By far the best customer service out there which then makes the whole experience better. They are responsive and helpful. On the day of the live event, it truly feels like they are as invested in the outcome as we are. Beyond that, the ease by which my team (social workers, not IT professionals) can work with the platform is really important. And our attendees love the look and feel of the space.

Cons

Really can't think of anything, which says a lot!

The overall experience has been very positive. [sensitive content hidden] is always making himself available when assistance is needed and his support is appreciated.

Pros

vFairs has been very supportive and their system is very easy to use. We have not had any issues with the overall support team and they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure the event is successful.

Cons

Having used vFairs if there are any issues, they are willing to tailor the event to the company's needs. There are no complains with their service.

Excellent experience in terms of support from Anmol and Waseem, always on hand to update and develop design, very friendly and accommodating. If we had been more prepared in terms of time available to develop the site before launch, I think we would have made better use of the facilities available, but this was our issue, not the fault of vfairs. We also found it really helpful that the training sessions were recorded so that people could reference them when needed, especially those that couldn't attend - this was particularly a challenge for us as we had so many suppliers to train in a short space of time. The communication with the providers (e.g. issuing passwords on set up completion of stands) could be clearer in terms of making it obvious what the content should be used for.

Pros

Avatars. Ability to adapt and personalize. Easy to navigate. interactive nature of the set up.

Cons

Make the chat room a little better - make it more obvious how to open private chat. Add video call capability to chat, but not necessarily a con, just an improvement. Flexibility in auditorium design numbers i.e. our favourite design was limited to 10 stands and we needed more.

vFairs worked like a charm - twice!

Pros

vFairs is not just a software, it's a service. Their reps will walk you through all the steps for the creation of an online event. I most liked their speed and accuracy - any time we needed to change something, even during our event, they would have it done within minutes. It was also an incredible value for our money, and they even gave us a discount the second time around after we referred another company.

Cons

The small picture sizes / dimensions in a lot of booths make it a bit of a challenge to make your booth appealing - but given the nature of the software this isn't too important. The chat system worked well and that's all that mattered - it could be a little slow to respond at times, but it does work well overall.

Excellent experience utilizing vFairs!

Overall, our experience was largely so excellent because of the work we did with our Project Manager, [sensitive content hidden]. She was a continuously reliable source of information and support as we put the event together, so the event truly wouldn't have happened without her. We can't wait to hopefully work with her again in the near future!

Pros

The vFairs platform was incredibly easy to use for our virtual career fair event this year! We love that its features allow participants to feel that they're gaining all the benefits of attending a career fair without physical/distance barriers to attending one. The ease of use was, again, a major highlight, but the backend support we had in making the event happen was phenomenal. We can also pull valuable analytical data from this event, which makes a huge difference for the work our organization does!

Cons

I think everything went incredibly smoothy, so there weren't really any issues that I could consider when using the platform.

Fantastic Customer Service

If it wasn't for the amazing [sensitive content hidden] addressing our last minute and I mean last minute panics from our end then I think I wouldn't have slept at all. [sensitive content hidden] went above and beyond to help us achieve and deliver our LAWW with no errors on time and within budget

Pros

From the beginning of our Learning at Work Week platform, [sensitive content hidden] provided amazing customer service and was always focussed on our goals. The Platform enabled us to host a wide range of learning activities, from within Booths, to Webinars, with a global reach and no platform accessibility issues.

Cons

Hard to find something to dislike, but perhaps more an area for improvement over time is the chat function from Teams if embedded in platform, but minor for the whole experience our users received.

Great Platform and Team

The team was very friendly, organized, helpful and kept us on track throughout the whole process.

Pros

We liked the many different options to integrate zoom, booths, breakout rooms all in one platform. The price was very affordable and we had limited firewall issues with our guests.

Cons

Some of the integrated tools can be tricky but overall the experience was great.

[SENSITIVE CONTENT] were incredibly knowledgeable and quick to reply. They were quick to put in meetings when needed and went our of their way at times to get what we needed done.

Pros

The opportunity for networking, the ability to add sessions to your calendar, the animated spaces.

Cons

The exhibit halls were only suitable for a specific number of booths, the designs we originally wanted weren't suitable for our booths, so we had to settle with a design that wasn't in our top 3 picks. There has to be some way to set capacity limits on different sessions within the event and create an automatic waiting list that once someone selects they cannot attend invited those on the waiting list.

Pros

vFairs is a platform unlike any I have seen. The platform is able to host virtual events with ease, acting as a tangible way for attendees to get a sense of an in-person event but online. The customer service team is impeccable, by replying in a timely manner. [sensitive content hidden] has gone above my expectation in terms of customer services, as well as the other team members including[sensitive content hidden] .

Cons

From my limited understanding, all outgoing communications to attendees is done by vFairs. I wish there was a better way to integrate this.

Phenomenal!! The support provided by the team is amazing and they make it easy to customize, setup and be ready for the virtual event.

Pros

The software is easy to use and looks great. Offers attendees and sponsors a great platform. The support provided by the team is just AMAZING and makes everything so much easier!

Cons

The software is easy to use, the only other features that could be added on is a waiting area for presenters and ability to play music while people are waiting. This may be available already and just was not available to us because we purchased the basic package.

Virtual conference & expo

The solution had provided us with a way of engaging with our users that we cannot achieve in traditional ways during the COVID-19 pandemic. It has enabled suppliers to our industry a way to showcase their services in a highly interactive 3-D environment.

Pros

The platforms engaging interface was the main reason this product was selected over its competitors. It has a highly interactive environment that provide a nice space for exhibitors to show their services online as F@F events are unable to occur.

Cons

The time it can take for platform changes can be a little frustrating at times, that said - the providers have been able to satisfy all our request.

vFairs provided quality virtual programming space.

It was a challenging experience planning our first hybrid conference, but the vFairs team helped us set up the most appropriate experience for our members. Their service was elevated during the conference. Our point of contact, [sensitive content hidden] , delivered on every aspect during the convention. He responded in a timely manner and provided excellent customer service. We were so satisfied that we used their services for a virtual health fair on multiple occasions afterwards.

Pros

Customer service; ease of use of the product; clear resources to navigate set up of product.

Cons

To be honest, there was not anything I did not like about my vFairs experience.

Our corporate customers are able to reach out to their target audience with ease. They are saving money on recruitment.

Pros

The software is easy to use for all parties involved. The team at vFairs is easy to work with on all aspects of the project. The pricing is more than fair for the results you receive. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our clients.

Cons

To be honest, there are no cons at this time. We have used vFairs for 6 events and have had success at each event. The amount of people you can meet with online is greater than any physical job fair event.

Friendly, Professional and Reliable Service

My overall experience with vFairs has been excellent. Our project manager was outstanding in terms of planning, communication, and coordination prior to the event. He also provided necessary training to our key personnel prior to the event and our team felt well prepared leading up to the event. Post event reports also provided insightful data about our event attendees and we look forward to working with vFairs again for our virtual events.

Pros

What I like most about vFairs is that they are friendly, professional, and very responsive. They try to understand the client's needs and are able to recommend solutions. The technology platform is also intuitive and allows end users to adapt easily.

Cons

As with any technology platforms, it has some limitations when it comes to customization but it is nothing to complain about.

Pros

It provided a way for all the features of our event to come together seamlessly in a user-friendly format. Can't recommend it enough!

Cons

There is a significant learning curve to understanding the backend and if you are managing it solo, it is difficult. Having additional team members present to assist makes it more feasible for training and implementation.

vFairs for Summerfest Tech

Overall, I was very happy with the how the event turned out. There was a lot more back-end and behind the scene work that our team had to do that I was not expecting, but since it was our first virtual event, I just don't think I realized how much goes into producing an event online.

Pros

I loved the "virtual world" look. Instead of pages and pages of text, vFairs provides a very visually appealing conference world.

Cons

There was no help on the backend. Our team still had to do all the communication with vendors and sponsors to set up their booths and do run throughs.

Pros

I love the options and customization. The team was able to accommodate our need for diversity in the platform.

Cons

Everything was great. This is such a small meeting that there were many features we couldn't use. I look forward to hosting a larger event, so that we can use more features.

Do it! Choose vFairs. You Will be Glad You Did

We hosted two virtual conferences and have recommended others in the nonprofit sector to use vFairs too. They are quietly disrupting nonprofit conference delivery -- in a good way!

Pros

Outstanding project management. Kind and polite team members. Knowledgeable about their technology. You can't ask for a better vendor.

Cons

We have two screen workstations and it was a bit tricky to identify which screen was using the camera - a very minor problem. It was a hardware hiccup, not any team member at vFairs.

My overall experience has been awesome. I expected to have a great experience utilizing the site but my overall joy has been working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! The response time has been absolutely amazing with nothing but the best customer service. When managing multiple projects it is great when you work with someone that alleviate stress by keeping things moving in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend others to share my experience.

Pros

The site is extremely easy use regardless of age. Our Educators and Students thoroughly enjoyed the site.

Cons

I didn't have a least favorite thing regarding the site.

Great experience for first-time user

Using vFairs for our online presentations for our annual program gave the program a very professional look and was easy to use for the attendees. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was very patient explaining what we needed to do to have a successful program.

Pros

We had a very knowledgeable and helpful project manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT] who explained the processes well and assisted us when we had problems. I felt a bit overwhelmed with the process at the beginning, but once I got started entering the information for the exhibits, I found it was easier to set up that I initially thought it would be.

Cons

I thought it was easy to move around the digital platform to access our recorded lectures and the exhibit hall. This was my first experience using an event software for our program so I don't have anything to compare it to.
