The ability to communicate to my groomers and customers via the app is fantastic. Our client list is growing and our appointments are filling up fast thanks to the easy integration with our website.
I loved the ease of use of this software. The fact we could set something up quickly either on the computer or on the phone, confirm and have reminders sent for appointments was a very good thing.
I super loved the customer service. M not sure one of the representatives is in CS, his response to any questions I may have is awesome & quick.
Pros
The staff have been amazing- Very helpful and supportive. It has beeen a natural progression that was much needed.
My experience with Apptoto has been absolutely awesome. It has saved me money and made my job so much easier.
Excellent, easy to use, you can save time. Very versatile for reminders of all kinds.
Cons
Once or twice the app lagged and also the fact that you have to have internet at all times to use is a bit of a bummer.
Format when adding a client is terrible. I need to have the field to add the address on the same page.
I sometimes find it inconvenient that you can not respond to the messages that you receive through text.
Cons
After over a year of using this service it has failed on me at least 15 times. That is, for no warning it will stop pushing notifications to customers and updating your calendar.
The only negative I have found is there is no in person training. You can watch live on line tutorials or webinars.
Occasionally it will pick the wrong contact for the message, but those issues are rare.
