Pros

The best part of the software is when I can add opportunities for my clients revenue for my future projects. It helps me to understand and work easily for my future revenue.
My overall experience has been very positive. In the years I have been using it I have only needed to reach out to support a few times and I was promptly assisted and my issues were always resolved.
It is user friendly, really helpful to save time. Vtiger has menu which includes essential features like mail manager, calendar and etc which are really helpful.

Pros

Capsule is a CRM system that delivers excellent support for a small cost. It is more customizable and has more features and greater ease of use than others in its price range.
The clean user interface and calendar tools / follow-up task management features are great to get things organized and your business focused on driving sales.
We can track contacts, organizations, and opportunities, as well as opportunity stages and milestones, while customizing categories and notes for all of it.

Cons

Automating the export of data is difficult and painful, and the API is extremely limiting in both functionality and usage limits.
Features that I think should be standard are missing or inadequate.
We have a little overview from our clients, because, a lot of clients are 2 or 3 times in the CRM in cause of a mistake with update.

Cons

It ended up paying off, because they swear by Capsule now.
No integration with Office 365. No mass mailouts in capsule for marketing purpose.
I can only upload one document at a time which is annoying. The automatic email BCC doesn't work for me to record in my notes so I always have to copy and paste.
