flexible and easy to use

Vtiger is quite flexible for a company like us. It can mostly satisfy what our sales team needs for daily operation. However, I am looking forward to the developer to allow self-build module can also use some functions that only linked to original build-in modules.

What do you like best?

Flexibility and timely response of customer service.

What do you dislike?

some functions can't be separately used for modules that are created by client

Why did you end up selecting Vtiger CRM over other applications?

it can fit most of our needs based on our work procedures

Give one example how Vtiger CRM has improved the way your organization functions

Before, we were using GOOGLE documents for saving information but now we request all our team members to use the system so all data can be saved continuously. Only thing is we are not using most of existing modules, instead, we create our own modules. That's why I like the flexibility of this system.
