A great technical support for a great product
I spent differents weeks before to decide which CRM was the best for my small company. At the end I decided for VTiger because no need an system integrator to adapt it to the company needs (no add costs) and integrate in only one program an CRM (marketing and sales), a support suite, an inventory suite (price book, invoice, payements, etc.) and a projects suite. Last but not least and it make the difference, VTiger have a very good help desk support! Every time that I use the live chat, I'm sure that in one minute you will be attended from an CRM expert that can solve your problem instantly and in a very kind way.
