A great technical support for a great product

I spent differents weeks before to decide which CRM was the best for my small company. At the end I decided for VTiger because no need an system integrator to adapt it to the company needs (no add costs) and integrate in only one program an CRM (marketing and sales), a support suite, an inventory suite (price book, invoice, payements, etc.) and a projects suite. Last but not least and it make the difference, VTiger have a very good help desk support! Every time that I use the live chat, I'm sure that in one minute you will be attended from an CRM expert that can solve your problem instantly and in a very kind way.

What do you like best?

simple to use and modify, have a good GUI, an Outlook 365 plugin that working properly, no need an system integrator to adapt it, good price role, a very good help desk support and a very low time to start to use

What do you dislike?

do not have a Windows Phone App

Why did you end up selecting Vtiger CRM over other applications?

simple to use and integrate

needs to manage all situations of my company as inventory, invoice, price list, technical support, etc

have in only one app a view of all that I know of my customers

in 5 minutes, you can create a new organization, fill the contacts in, attach mails from outlook to is history, create an opportunity, write an offer, manage an invoice and at the end control the payement.
