Improving the customer experience.

Customer feedback has been positive. It frees customers from standing in line and allows them to brows in our store.

Pros

Easy to implement with staff. Visitor stats are useful for identifying trends.

Cons

It is a challenge to get all customers to use it every time.

Easy for customers to use

Pros

Even using the product for the first time, it was easy to navigate and use.

Cons

No complaints. I found the interface simple and fast. I really don't have any criticism.
