This software is very easy to use and doesn't consume too much space in my phone. The software is very stable and i have never experience system crash from this software.
WhatsApp only need internet connection for sending text to my contact list or having video call with any other money charges. The quality for the video audio for the video call is in High Definition(HD) and i am very happy with it. Many of my colleague is using this software, so we have choose it as our alternative communication hub.
What i like the least is, this software will compress and downgrade the picture quality that I sent to others with no option to sent it in the original quality. Other than that, the recovery process is quite confusing and i have not successfully recover all my chat history to my new phone.

WhatsApp is an app used because of it great community of users once Blackberry Messenger barely died. But there are several better alternatives on the market to communicate, either on a professional environment or social one.
The broader app to communicate worldwide Easy to use Easy to install
Bad file management system It does not have a stand-alone system who allows the user to manage the account from different devices simultaneously. There are many useful features found on different apps that can't be found on WhatsApp such as broadcasting, creating polls, files auto delete capabilities, among many others.

It's a free app that you can make international calls and messages. I like that I can access to it easily with no need to a sim-card.
when you delete a message, it still shows that you have deleted . also it doesn't backup dat automatically so if you change your device, you will lose your messages unless you select back up.

I use Whatsapp for personal and professional communication. I chat with my families every day. I also chat with my students on weekdays, giving them advice with regard to their school projects, assignments etc.
Whatsapp provides users with various functionalities: text messaging, voice call and video call. Users also able to send files, images and links to other users. Whatsapp allows users to create groups, making it easy to gather people with similar interests. Whatsapp' quality of service keeps on improving. Its voice and video call functions are now on the top, providing users with clear audio and video connections. Truly, nowadays, people do not need to use conventional short message services or even talk time from telecommunication companies. They only need Whatsapp for their communication needs.
Whatsapp only provides users with basic knowledge management functions. Users can search and save messages but they can not sort the messages, index them or group them in any meaningful way. While it is easy to use Whatsapp as your social tool, it is hard to use Whatsapp as a project management tool.

Overall, it's a good app for communication. Seeing that it is free and the Facebook owns it... Means they will be hear for the long haul. So if you are looking for a reliable communication app, this is it.
• It's simplifies keeping in touch with my clients both locally and abroad. • It's easy to use and the voice calls are not bad. • Video calls also very ok. • Its free so that's an added value. • I love the web/desktop experience as well though I feel there's room for improvement. • I love the Whatsapp Status ...it feels like a whole separate social media on its on. • It has API services that can allow a bot service through it. • Yes I love the emoticons plus the user generated ones.
• If you are in a few active groups that post alot of media your phone can easily get full . I would have thought WhatsApp would have an option to save medin the cloud instead directly on yourphones. • I would have thought that with the ability to have groups and do group calls, WhatsApp should have been able to do a meeting room like zoom or Skype or Google hangout. What they have is an integration with Facebook that takes you out of WhatsApp to Facebook. I don't like that. WhatsApp has the people already... Why not just add that little service. ... • You can't restrict some chats incase a spouse happens to pick up your phone and sees what could potentially disrupt their otherwise quite relationship • I feel it can do more considering the information they collect from us at sign up. If it could even remind your contacts of your birthday for example, that would be nice. • When someone sends you a long audio file you really can't fast forward it per se. • When WhatsApp is doing backup of its files, it restricts us from using it. Can't it do the backup in the background? • If you delete message, the other person on the other end sees you deleted it... I think that should be scrapped. • You can be drawn into any group without your permission. That's not

The overall experience is good, in particular, thinking about the job. I am constantly in contact with my clients since my mobile phone is always with me. Moreover, being the most popular messaging application, I am almost sure that is the best way to communicate: it is less invasive of a call but, at the same time, I am sure that the person on the other side will read the message.
The penetration of the market. If you want to communicate with someone, regardless of where you are, WhatsApp is the solution. You can use it for connecting with your friends and your family. You can leverage the product for communicating with the customers. On top of the chat, you have the video call functionality that can help you if you want to see someone far from you. Last but not least, you can leverage the desktop application /Whatsapp web view, that's really helpful if you use WhatsApp for work.
Conference call. Here I see the limit of the application. The quality is not always good. Moreover, it is not comparable with other products that do it (Zoom, Teams, Webex) where you have also additional functionalities to enrich that experience. Another bad point is related to search functionality, if you use the product with your clients, that is a limit.

I've been using WhatsApp for about 4 years now and it's been a great experience so far. My favourite thing about WhatsApp is how they strive to make the app work smoothly on most mobile devices. One of my first phones with WhatsApp was an uncommon model, because of that it often had bugs, or needed featured that were device specific. I would email WhatsApp support requesting new features or bug fixes and there was always a software update to address my issues within a few days of submitting the report. On top of that they'd respond to my email to thank me. I hardly submit bug reports anymore but the earlier experience I had with WhatsApp support has stayed strong in my mind.
The ubiquity. WhatsApp works on almost every mobile device imaginable so almost everyone has it. This makes it easier to communicate with people. It stores all information offline on the devices so you don't need to worry about your data being stolen from if ever the WhatsApp servers are breached. It's blazing fast. Messages come through quickly and there is little to no lag on video or voice calls. WhatsApp group chats allow users to form communities. Whether it's a family, a club, work, or proffesional community. you're bound to find a group that shares your interests. In some African countries, WhatsApp data is discounted by mobile internet providers!
WhatsApp can only be installed on mobile devices. If you want to use it on a computer you need to have it on a mobile device that that is connected to the internet. That's inconvenient in situations where a mobile device isn't immediately available. WhatsApp needs to be regularly backed up to avoid losing data in the event of your phone or tablet breaking or being stolen. WhatsApp does not have a function to record calls. Recording calls would be useful where I would want to go over a conversation again, for example, When I have a call where I am given directions to a destination I can listen to the call again. WhatsApp does have voice notes however call recording would still be a useful function. Information overload. People tend to communicate more on WhatsApp than they typically would on other platforms that have a higher cost or barrier to entry. Sometimes this can be overwhelming.

I have been using the Whatsapp since 2010. Hands down, it is the best Instant Messaging app and most popularly used in my country. Sometimes, it’s feels addictive, found myself opening the app even when there is no message, which makes the new status features a cool features to pass time; depending on your contacts, you may find it interesting as people share pictures and videos. Overall, the app is great, features are amazing, it functions quite well and no regret using the app to far. Gives you your privacy and let you have full control on your chats. You can’t go wrong with it.
Whatsapp is integrated with Mobile Number as mode of connecting with people, you don’t have to start asking people for their username; once you have their contact save on your mobile phone, they will appear on your WhatsApp list. Another pros is the ability to Mute a chat or a person. There are options to mute a disputing group for 8 hours, 1 week or 1 year max, and easily unmute the chat anytime. There are more features that are widely used, the likes of Audio Call, Video Calls and Voice Note, which you can’t get enough of. They are not a gimmick because people loves using these features. There is option to change Background chat, set customize notifications tones for chats, share pictures, videos and documents. Group-ing, one of the best feature of the app. Perfect for a Webinar or discussion zone. The app allows up to 200 users in one group. One can even create a Family group with this. Saving the best for last, best part of this app is the Encryption (Privacy) feature. Chats are End-to-End encrypted, which means that chats are not visible to a third party (not even to Whatsapp). Whatsapp works best on iOS, thanks to the Amazing gestures, which gives access to use some options easily at the chat screen.
While the App is my favorite, there are some cons, which I look forward to have available on the app. More Mute Options: There should be a customizable Mute options, the app only give options of 8 hours, 1 week and 1 year. Sometimes there is needs to mute for 1 day or 2 days but the option isn’t available. Animated Stickers: Even though there are stickers available on the app, but it’s not fun like that of FB Messenger, Whatsapp stickers are still while it’s animated on Messenger, making it more fun to use. Online Status: Online status can’t be hidden from contacts, there is only option to hide last seen. Once you’re online, they’ll know.

Overall, I found whatsapp to be a life saver when traveling over seas, when trying to talk with a large group of people, and with trying to save as much money as possible. I think that my overall experience was very positive! I think that this app has a lot potential to become number 1! I try to make sure all of my friends download it.
Last year I went to Paris and Italy to attend a wedding and visit a friend. I found out that my phone plan allowed unlimited data usage but 0 phone calls would be covered and 0 texts via messages. I looked into apps and discovered that I could use WhatsApp to communicate with everyone. WhatsApp allowed us to all communicate with each other and make sure that everyone was picked up from the airport, feeling well, and weren't loss. Given how it is free and popular amongst a lot of people, it was not difficult to convince everyone to either download it or use it for the event. I liked that I was able to communicate in either a group text format or a single format. These different formats also allowed us to make sure that certain wedding gifts remained a surprise, and that other issues could be attended to privately. I also liked that it was easy to copy and paste things into a translator and send each other images. Sending images was super cool and important among the groups and allowed ease of meeting up and enjoying our surroundings. I like that the sofrware allowed us to do all this overseas without any extra cost invovled and any extra hassle. I even got in contact with my hotel that way!
I think that the menu and area listing people to talk to could be a bit more intuitive, I don't like it when I have to search for things or for help for too long. I think it would be helpful if everything was laid out more clearly. My whole thing when it comes to technology is that it has to be made for someone who has never used a phone before, because then everyone can use it, accessibility options would be key. However these are many only complaints, I think in general it is a pretty great software that is doing a great service for the public and I Recommend it to most of my friends with big data plans and lower phone / texting plans. It is very great for that! I like to save moeny and that's all that matters.

Thanks to WhatsApp I can communicate with all workers at any time, we have a group where the entire administrative team is and we always share important information about the company. I use WhatsApp for work matters and also for personal use, that way I can communicate with my loved ones who are around the world. Excellent application that I highly recommend.
WhatsApp is my favorite instant messaging application. It has many positive things that make it special. First, a lot of people use WhatsApp, in my country it is the most used, practically all people who have a smart phone also have the WhatsApp application. Second, it is very easy to install and configure, we just have to put the phone number and place our profile picture and that's it. All our contacts that use WhatsApp will automatically synchronize with the application. Third, messages, voice memos, images and videos are sent very quickly with a good internet connection. In addition, I can place states that, without a doubt, are very useful for selling a product or service. Fourth, it is always being updated and it is getting better, since it integrates more functions and corrects the few errors it may have. The search function is more than useful, because many times I want to find some old information that I have written and thanks to the search section with a keyword I can quickly get the conversation. And Fifth, as our entire work group uses WhatsApp, we can be connected at any time and in any place.
WhatsApp is an excellent application and has many positive things, but I would like them to improve on some things. The quality of video calls is sometimes not clear, it looks very ugly and in very low quality despite having a good internet connection. Also, it would be excellent if the photos of the WhatsApp states were of good visual quality. Everything else is definitely excellent.

My experience with WhatsApp has been incredible over the last years. It made me addicted to its ability to connect me to other people in a matter of seconds , forget about calls and save money on phone bills. It is suitable for different purposes which makes it replace a bunch of other apps. I the app not only in my daily life communications but in my studies and job as the main source of sharing information, and saving all necessary data which can be needed.
The first thing that comes to mind is the app is simply user friendly. I have never had any difficulty in using it,cause everything depends on one single tap. One tap for voice mail, one tap for call, one tap to send anything. What is the perfect addition to being simple is having a good functionality. You can create groups to interact and share with a lot of people simultaneously. In addition to video calls which in my opinion makes no need to use apps like Skype, they allow you to have group video calls, which is just wonderful! There are lots of other functions which makes this app great in many ways. You have a lot of stickers and emojis for entertainment, search function to safe your time and even desktop version in case if you can not use your phone. To be honest, one of the main pros personally for me is that WhatsApp is constantly evolving. They created a very stable app which is constantly fixing its bugs.
As for the many users, the main disadvantage for me is trust issue since it is connected to Facebook which has access to the data and we are not sure what they are doing with it. I find it more or less risky for private communications but the fact that it is the most broadly used app in the world makes it difficult to do so. As a minor problem I can emphasize that you are not able to share large files.

Very happy to use it. Generally, all features are constantly improving. Communication with clients as well as groups and stakeholders is smooth. Looking forward to upcoming user-friendly feature. I hope future versions will address issues that are reported by customers to provide a more comfortable user experience for both business and personal usage.
Convenient application for a group of employees working in small to medium organizations. Also good usage experience for contact with the client about the current tasks and business queries. First of all, it's already used for personal purposes so faster and easier to use for employees. Daily work in progress collaboration made comfortable. Faster communication than any other method. Free versions mostly used for small businesses like us. Some other high-level organizations utilize WhatsApp business features as well. This handy app is available for every device like a smartphone , Desktop/Laptop, and many other smart devices. New features added gradually like voice message, video call , fingerprint lock, etc.
Whatsapp group and message broadcasting system need improvement. In Group management more functions should be provided. Everyone's number is visible so option to be anonymous is needed. Privacy of number should be provided. Support for customers should be available faster for problems. Getting feedback from consumers and solving issues will help it to be more reliable. Although the end-to-end description is used some concerns related to it require solution.

"WhatsApp is the best messaging app on the market, and what I like best about it is the WhatsApp Web, where I can exchange information from my computer to my phone much more quickly." "A great method for communication with the greater international community. Often prefer to use this." "I do like how easy it is to use and the Gif selection is awesome compared to other message services I have used in the past."
Whatsapp is a mobile application that allows users to send text messages and voice calls to other mobile phones or personal computers. It is a social network where people can interact with each other. Although many popular features of mobile communication networks exist in the general public domain, such as text messaging and voice calling, there are additional features that are exclusive to certain communication platforms. These include group chat, file sharing, Moments and contacts management. Hence, considering the advantages associated with these features, it is no wonder that Whatsapp has become one of the most popular communication platforms in the world. First of all, Whatsapp is a free communication platform. This means that users do not have to pay for the service. Furthermore, since Whatsapp is available on personal computers as well as mobile phones, anyone can use it regardless of age or physical ability. In addition, since it is a cross-platform messenger, Whatsapp can be used on both Android and Apple phones. Essentially, not only is Whatsapp free but it is also accessible on almost every type of mobile device. Apart from being free and cross-platform, Whatsapp also offers many useful features that are easily accessible via its simple user interface. For instance, users can make group chats so they can talk with multiple friends at once without having to contact each individual individually.
WhatsApp is a mobile messaging application that allows users to send and receive messages, photos, videos, audio notes, and documents with individuals or groups of users. It is also available on multiple mobile platforms, such as Android and iPhone. Many people use WhatsApp to chat with friends and family instead of calling them. It's also an excellent tool for sending and receiving information about public events, such as political campaigns or natural disasters. Many argue that WhatsApp is a more private version of other messaging apps. For example, when communicating on WhatsApp, users don't have to reveal their phone numbers or addresses. They can easily set up an account with a valid email address and name. This makes it easier for people to contact you without revealing their true identities. In addition, users can also set up two-step verification on their accounts to protect their accounts from being accessed by others. However, there are some security issues with using WhatsApp this way. For example, if your internet connection is slow or unstable, your messages might not reach the app's servers in a timely manner. This can lead to your messages being delayed or not reaching the intended recipient at all. In addition, it's possible for others to access your account information by knowing when and where you're located with your internet connection. Other features make the app more convenient and practical.

I have been using the WhatsApp app for more than eight years, and throughout this period, I have had and still have an excellent experience with it. I consider it my No. 1 app for daily communication, as I use it every day, on several occasions, for one-on-one and group communications with friends, relatives, and business partners. I use WhatsApp emojis, stickers, and GIF cards while chatting with friends or relatives, and I love them a lot! They make the interactions sound more enjoyable and friendlier, and I think they help me express my emotions more accurately. Emoji reactions update, which is recently added, is a convenient addition to this point as well, as they're frequently used to show the appropriate reaction, whether it's happiness, sadness, frustration, anger, and so on, according to the situation itself. One of the useful features that I have experienced is chat backup, which allows you to back up your conversations and media to Google Drive and restore them at any time in case you switch to a new phone or unintentionally uninstall the app. Another outstanding feature of WhatsApp is that I can change my phone number, and everyone who has my number on his contact list will be informed when he opens the chat with me. A message appears telling him that this user has changed his phone number to a new one, so tap here to message him or add his recent number.
The app's user interface is simple and flexible, making it suitable for most ages. It is compatible with the majority of smartphone types that run on either Android or iOS operating systems. Although it is 100% free and does not contain annoying pop-up ads, it still has many great features. In my opinion, one of the most critical features of this app is the complete privacy that it strives to provide for its users in many aspects. starting with end-to-end encryption that keeps personal messages, calls, and shared media between the two parties only, followed by the privacy of my status and the ability to decide who can see it and who can't, ending with the privacy of my profile photo, last seen, and online and the ability to limit who can view them. Groups are another beneficial feature that allows you to keep in touch with people who share common interests, such as family, friends, and coworkers. Recently, WhatsApp updated the maximum capacity of groups to reach up to 1024 members, so you can share texts and media files with everyone at once, and all group members can interact with each other. You can also change the name and icon of your group, mute or customize notifications, and do a lot more.
Although the application contains plenty of advantages, it also contains some disadvantages that I encountered during my use of it. First, there are limitations on the size of shared media, such as 16 MB as a maximum size for sending video, and we can't send 30 images or more at once.Second, WhatsApp only accepts video files in MP4 and 3GP formats, so you will not be able to send them if you upload videos in MOV, AVI, FLV, or other video formats because they are not supported. Furthermore, the app makes the uploaded video appear low quality because it does not upload it in its original size but rather compresses it to the smallest possible size before uploading it.I suggest adding some other features that would be a great addition to the app, and all users will love it for sure.First, like in the Instagram and Messenger apps, we can select any song clip as the background music for our status updates.Second, when someone replies to our status, we should have the ability to show this reply to all contacts whom we allow to share our status with them, and then we can choose whether we want to keep this reply private or make it public.

WhatsApp has become one of the most popular messaging apps in the world, with over 2 billion active users. Many people appreciate the app's ease of use, simplicity, and convenience. The ability to send messages, make voice and video calls, and share media with friends and family for free has made it a popular choice for staying in touch with loved ones.Additionally, WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption provides users with a sense of security and privacy, as messages and calls are only visible to the sender and recipient. However, there have been some controversies surrounding WhatsApp's privacy policies and data collection practices, which have led some users to switch to other messaging apps. Overall, though, the app remains a widely used and trusted platform for communication.
One of the most popular features of WhatsApp is its simplicity and ease of use. The app has a clean and user-friendly interface that makes it easy for people to send and receive messages, make voice and video calls, and share files and media.WhatsApp also offers end-to-end encryption, which means that messages and calls are protected and can only be accessed by the sender and the recipient. This has made the app a popular choice for people who value privacy and security.Additionally, WhatsApp is free to use, and users can send messages and make calls to other WhatsApp users anywhere in the world without incurring any additional charges. This has made it a convenient and cost-effective way for people to stay in touch with friends and family, regardless of where they are located.
One of the potential downsides of WhatsApp is that it requires a stable internet connection to work. This means that if you're in an area with poor internet connectivity, you may not be able to send or receive messages or make calls through WhatsApp. Additionally, if you're traveling to a country where WhatsApp is blocked or restricted, you may not be able to use the app at all.Another potential issue with WhatsApp is that it relies on your phone number to register and use the app. This means that you may not be able to use the app if you don't have a phone number or if you don't want to share your phone number with others.Lastly, while WhatsApp offers end-to-end encryption, it's important to note that the app still collects certain user data, such as your phone number, device information, and location data. Some users may be uncomfortable with the amount of data that WhatsApp collects and shares with its parent company, Facebook.

I've used Whatsapp almost exclusively for both personal and professional communication since it first appeared. Every day, I talk to my family, friends, and coworkers. It is an easy-to-use, affordable device. You can block anybody you don't want to communicate with, as well as anybody you don't want to communicate with. And also end-to-end encryption, which ensures that all messages, calls, photos, and videos shared on the platform are secure and private.
The app is easy to use in any place, they have the basic functions, and is a good app for be in contact with other person, the calls have good quality of video and audio, the form that you can share documents and multimedia is easy and great. And it also provided with the status where you can display and advertise products or services to your friends. The application is really stable, and I've never had a device crash while using it, even after a lengthy video call session with someone
WhatsApp is sometimes boring due to the fact that it's just status viewing and chatting one can do to be entertained. There are no news feeds on the latest things that are happening around the world etc At times, there are constant interruptions when videoing or calling which perhaps maybe due to network but it's very disturbing when it happens. Lastly, I don't like the fact that when I want to recover backed up messages, I don't recover everything. I lose important messages because of this

My overall experience with WhatsApp has been positive. It's a highly effective and reliable communication tool that integrates seamlessly into daily life. The app's simplicity makes it easy to use, whether you're sending a quick text, sharing photos and videos, or having a long-distance voice or video call. The security features, like end-to-end encryption, provide peace of mind, knowing that conversations are private. However, there are some areas where it could improve, such as offering more flexible options for managing contacts and notifications, and perhaps reducing its dependency on a single phone number. Despite these minor drawbacks, WhatsApp remains a go-to app for staying connected with friends, family, and colleagues around the world.
What I find appealing about WhatsApp is its simplicity and user-friendly design. The app makes it easy to communicate with others through text, voice, or video, and it offers end-to-end encryption, which ensures that conversations remain private. Features like group chats, media sharing, and the ability to send voice messages add to its functionality. Plus, it’s accessible across various devices and platforms, making it convenient for staying connected with people worldwide.
What I find less appealing about WhatsApp is its heavy reliance on a phone number for account creation and use, which can be limiting for those who prefer to keep their number private or use multiple devices. Additionally, the constant need for internet connectivity can be a drawback in areas with poor coverage. The app's backup and data management system could also be more user-friendly, as restoring chats can sometimes be cumbersome. Lastly, the sheer volume of notifications, especially from group chats, can become overwhelming without proper management.

It is convenient and reliable. WhatsApp is is used worldwide, and it is easy to communicated with people near and far. I have no idea what my life would be without WhatsApp. It is my number one means of communication, with friends, family, and customers
WhatsApp still has a lot to offer, the most popular messaging service has great audio and video quality for calls, easy link sharing functions and integration with other apps like Instagram. This app is perfect for Businesses. For me it has saved Alot of time to provide good customer care for my clients
What I do dislike about the software are only because of features I've been enjoying in similar apps: -Whatsapp has very (very) limited storage management on top of taking up too much space, why does a messaging app has to take away 1.6Gb of my storage?

I use WhatsApp personally and professionally. I absolutely approve of the app, things like sharing location for a set amount of time is VERY COOL. Forming groups for productivity at work, sending/receiving payment, is pretty cool. But you are harassed when creating groups. There are groups that I don't even know and I get added to. You need to make a choice to avoid being placed in groups
What I liked most: low price, ease of use, ease of backup, pleasant interface, ease of use using only Wi-Fe when not 5G signal.
There should be a way to prevent anyone from being able to put other people in a group. When the contact is blocked, it is not possible to group another person, but when the contact is not blocked, it is possible to add anyone to a GROUP. You need to find a way to stop this.

WhatsApp is a great, free, and easy to use communication tool. It excels at sharing various content, offers high-quality messaging, and is reliable. The downsides include the message deletion notification, automatic media downloads, and the lack of a message scheduling feature.
WhatsApp is easy to use with free of cost, can be connect with people all over the world corner to corner without any extra cost with great quality. What really stands out for me is how effortlessly it lets me share all kinds of data, from voice messages to videos, along with an array of expressive emojis. Messaging through WhatsApp is a delight, thanks to its high-quality delivery and the satisfaction it brings to my everyday conversations. The simplicity and efficiency of WhatsApp are what truly won me over. It's a clean and reliable tool for all my communication needs
WhatsApp drawback that I have find is when I delete a message that I have sent that I no longer need to send, WhatsApp snitch on me by sending this user has deleted this message, I hope they change this. I think WhatsApp should add a feature to only view media by not actually not downloading and later we can download only if needed, It will solve lot of my storage problem. One thing that bugs me about WhatsApp is that it doesn't let you schedule messages. Sometimes, I want to send a message later, like a birthday greeting or a reminder. I hope they think about adding it in the future to make things even better for us users.

WhatsApp has been the first point-of-contact tool that we have used since 2016. When WhatsApp Business was first announced we took the plunge to see if It would be effective for us to use. Till date, we consider it to be the best investment of time and money that we've made. The API is developer-friendly which has made automating most of our initial conversations with clients very easy. This helps us to save a lot of time and follow through with customers on a timely basis.
WhatsApp takes care of our complete end-to-end communication, right from when the customer first messages us, to the point of final delivery. Interfacing with the API makes it possible to manage online orders and provide timely updates. Setting us is very easy (developer friendly), which makes it a tool that takes care of itself and scale with the business. We are very happy with how WhatsApp has grown with the business.
Ever since conversation pricing was rolled out in June of 2023, our costs have gone up slightly. But it is almost negligible compared to how much revenue is rolling in.

Restrictions on the number of users: In video conference calls, WhatsApp imposes restrictions on the number of users who can join the call, and this can be annoying for people who want to make large conference calls.Dependence on the Internet connection: WhatsApp relies on an internet connection to send and receive messages and calls, meaning that it can be difficult to access the app in areas that lack a good internet connection.
