What I find appealing about WhatsApp is its simplicity and user-friendly design. What I find less appealing about WhatsApp is its heavy reliance on a phone number for account creation and use, which can be limiting for those who prefer to keep their number private or use multiple devices. Additionally, the constant need for internet connectivity can be a drawback in areas with poor coverage. The app's backup and data management system could also be more user-friendly, as restoring chats can sometimes be cumbersome. Lastly, the sheer volume of notifications, especially from group chats, can become overwhelming without proper management.

WhatsApp still has a lot to offer, the most popular messaging service has great audio and video quality for calls, easy link sharing functions and integration with other apps like Instagram. This app is perfect for Businesses. For me it has saved Alot of time to provide good customer care for my clients

What I do dislike about the software are only because of features I've been enjoying in similar apps: -Whatsapp has very (very) limited storage management on top of taking up too much space, why does a messaging app has to take away 1.6Gb of my storage?

The app is easy to use in any place, they have the basic functions, and is a good app for be in contact with other person, the calls have good quality of video and audio, the form that you can share documents and multimedia is easy and great. WhatsApp is sometimes boring due to the fact that it's just status viewing and chatting one can do to be entertained. There are no news feeds on the latest things that are happening around the world etc At times, there are constant interruptions when videoing or calling which perhaps maybe due to network but it's very disturbing when it happens. Lastly, I don't like the fact that when I want to recover backed up messages, I don't recover everything. I lose important messages because of this

I like its reliability, it ensures my messages are delivered even in places with bad network. The status feature, ability to edit messages are other great things I really love. The best feature I love about WhatsApp is the ability to back up chats and groups to the cloud storage which I think is essential when I want to change my phone.

There's not too much wrong with WhatsApp though I would like to be able to edit status posts after I've sent it and also for groups to have it's own menu bar so as to separate it from my chats. Other than that, I'm completely happy with WhatsApp's incredible features.

What I liked most: low price, ease of use, ease of backup, pleasant interface, ease of use using only Wi-Fe when not 5G signal.

There should be a way to prevent anyone from being able to put other people in a group. When the contact is blocked, it is not possible to group another person, but when the contact is not blocked, it is possible to add anyone to a GROUP. You need to find a way to stop this.

WhatsApp drawback that I have find is when I delete a message that I have sent that I no longer need to send, WhatsApp snitch on me by sending this user has deleted this message, I hope they change this. I think WhatsApp should add a feature to only view media by not actually not downloading and later we can download only if needed, It will solve lot of my storage problem. One thing that bugs me about WhatsApp is that it doesn't let you schedule messages. Sometimes, I want to send a message later, like a birthday greeting or a reminder. I hope they think about adding it in the future to make things even better for us users.

La cosa che mi piace di meno è il fatto di non poter avere la privacy circa i messaggi che decido di cancellare con il mittente. I have been using Whatsapp for more than 10 years now, and it has been my main personal live chatting application ever since.The interface is very easy to use, it will automatically sync your contacts and you can chat with them right away.The application is free, but it can consume a fair amount of mobile data, especially during video calls.In whatsapp you can create groups to communicate with friends, family or colleagues. With new features, you can even have group calls and even group video calls.The application is turning into a social media platform too, where you can post stories as a status.I highly recommend Whatsapp for personal chatting purposes.

Ce que j'aime le moins, c'est l'absence de personnalisation dans l'application, car elle n'offre pas de nombreuses options d'adaptation de point de connexion ou d'éléments de haut niveau.

Les fonctionnalités qui ont le plus d'impact: Appels audio, appels vidéos, chat en temps réel, création de groupes de travail, des appels et vidéo de groupe, partage de fichiers. Ces fonctionnalités sont très facile d'utilisation et n'importe quel utilisateur qui utilise whatsapp pour la première fois peut facilement se retrouver. Les appels audio et vidéo de groupes sont très utiles dans le cadre professionnel.

J'aimerai que la fonctionnalité d'épinglage de contact soit améloiré. J'aimerai qu'on ai la possibilité d'épinglé plus de 03 contacts maximum 05.Développé la fonctionnalité de "Notation des membres d'un groupe". Cette fonctionnalité nous permettra d'apprécier le comportement de chacun des membres d'un groupe. Les membres d'un groupe peuvent se noter en fonction des comportements et interactions de chacun dans le groupe. Si un membre se comporte bien dans le groupe, les autres le noteront bien, ce qui augmentera sa popularité dans le groupe. mais si le membre se comporte mal, les membres peuvent le noter mal et avoir la faciliter de décision de le bannir du groupe.
