WhatsApp has almost become a must have and makes the daily life much more easier.
The ease of using WhatsApp is what people prefer and that's why it has become the most used and trusted communication app by people globally. The ease with which we can chat, call or video call, and even share files is truly remarkable. Especially during the pandemic it had become a very important tool which helped connecting people on a common platform, share news and important messages. Because of it's wide use and acceptability, even major businesses are connecting with people directly through WhatsApp.
Even though WhatsApp claims that the chats are end to end encrypted, but lately there have been concerns that hackers or government agencies access the data which can be a breach of privacy. WhatsApp should introduce a feature to mark some group or individual chats as important or unimportant, so that in case of many messages, it helps the user segregate the messages. If in the premium version it is proposed to increase the file sharing size, then businesses will be much benefitted and more will come onboard and use the app.

My overall experience with WhatsApp has been great ever since I started using it in 2016. It has come a long way with it's updates and thinking of what users might like. Aside the little cons as listed above I have no other issue with it. It is one of my most important apps.
The features I like about WhatsApp include the chat feature( chatting has become easier over the years. The ability to reply exactly to a particular chat sent by another person was what showed that they have improved). the file transfer( I have found transferring files easy). searching ( searching for particular chats has been easy for me. All I need is one word or date and I can find anything). starred messages( this makes it easy to save important chats or broadcast. It book marks it and even gives the option of not clearing it in cases where you want to clear your messages). status viewing( I really like this feature. I can create and can post anything on my status and can also decide who can view it), broadcast messaging( it makes it easy to send one message to multiple people thereby reducing the stress of going one by one). the security feature( pin, fingerprint, pattern are nice features that further reinforce it's security. Similarly the two factor authentication reinforces it's security). WhatsApp business ( this helps business owners create catalogue for their business). Further more, I like that my permission can be asked before being added to a group and that I can leave quietly. Their are various emoji options recently added that weren't there before. I like the voice note feature and the speed increment. The interface of WhatsApp is easy. It is not difficult or complicated. My overall experience has been great.
The things I like least about WhatsApp is the connection issues that spring up when doing an audio or video call. Also, I don't like the quality WhatsApp gives pictures being sent or uploaded on status. Their feature of " highest quality upload" is still low compared to the actual quality of the picture. Furthermore, I don't like the camera feature of WhatsApp. It isn't great as compared to my actual camera. My local backup usually fails no matter my data connection.

"WhatsApp is the best messaging app on the market, and what I like best about it is the WhatsApp Web, where I can exchange information from my computer to my phone much more quickly." "A great method for communication with the greater international community. Often prefer to use this." "I do like how easy it is to use and the Gif selection is awesome compared to other message services I have used in the past."
Whatsapp is a mobile application that allows users to send text messages and voice calls to other mobile phones or personal computers. It is a social network where people can interact with each other. Although many popular features of mobile communication networks exist in the general public domain, such as text messaging and voice calling, there are additional features that are exclusive to certain communication platforms. These include group chat, file sharing, Moments and contacts management. Hence, considering the advantages associated with these features, it is no wonder that Whatsapp has become one of the most popular communication platforms in the world. First of all, Whatsapp is a free communication platform. This means that users do not have to pay for the service. Furthermore, since Whatsapp is available on personal computers as well as mobile phones, anyone can use it regardless of age or physical ability. In addition, since it is a cross-platform messenger, Whatsapp can be used on both Android and Apple phones. Essentially, not only is Whatsapp free but it is also accessible on almost every type of mobile device. Apart from being free and cross-platform, Whatsapp also offers many useful features that are easily accessible via its simple user interface. For instance, users can make group chats so they can talk with multiple friends at once without having to contact each individual individually.
WhatsApp is a mobile messaging application that allows users to send and receive messages, photos, videos, audio notes, and documents with individuals or groups of users. It is also available on multiple mobile platforms, such as Android and iPhone. Many people use WhatsApp to chat with friends and family instead of calling them. It's also an excellent tool for sending and receiving information about public events, such as political campaigns or natural disasters. Many argue that WhatsApp is a more private version of other messaging apps. For example, when communicating on WhatsApp, users don't have to reveal their phone numbers or addresses. They can easily set up an account with a valid email address and name. This makes it easier for people to contact you without revealing their true identities. In addition, users can also set up two-step verification on their accounts to protect their accounts from being accessed by others. However, there are some security issues with using WhatsApp this way. For example, if your internet connection is slow or unstable, your messages might not reach the app's servers in a timely manner. This can lead to your messages being delayed or not reaching the intended recipient at all. In addition, it's possible for others to access your account information by knowing when and where you're located with your internet connection. Other features make the app more convenient and practical.

Using WhatsApp is free and simple. Connecting with coworkers and personal contacts is easy. The software is quick, trustworthy and dependable. I use it every day to communicate with others through text, video, and photo. Its widespread use speaks for itself!
The application is free, widely available, trustworthy, and simple to use. Good functionality for an application that is free. Additionally, you may log in from a computer, which is a further convenience. Excellent is the "audio/video call capability". I don't have to worry about making pricey international calls because of the chat. It doesn't use a lot of data. It is incredibly cost-effective to use. The "status" function is fantastic. It enables me to promote my items for free. A wonderful resource for team communication is the "group feature." You quickly communicate with more than a hundred team members!
I would want to see certain things upgraded. I'll mention two Status: It seems unable to alter my status after a mistake. I would have to remove it and upload something fresh. This may be annoying, especially when I've organized a lot of entries in a specific sequence. Call-in conference. I can see the application's boundaries here. Not usually, the quality is excellent. Furthermore, it cannot be compared to similar goods that offer extra functions to enhance the user experience.

WhatsApp presents users with a lot of opportunities for improvement. Because it appears like virtually everyone in this day and age makes use of this application, getting in touch with people has been a great deal less difficult for me to do. It is useful in a broad range of contexts, and the fact that its security has been well tested offers me piece of mind. With the business version, we have been able to advertise our services, bring in some new clients, and let the automatic responses do the bulk of the job while we get some much-needed shuteye. In addition, there is a version that has been optimized for usage primarily on computers, which is a really helpful option. The usage of WhatsApp undoubtedly shortens the amount of time spent traveling and enhances the quality of interactions between individuals.
The ability to select which individual messages one responds to and how one responds to them. The user-friendliness of the device stems from the minimalistic approach taken in its design. This product may be utilized with no requirement for specialist knowledge or ability on the user's part. My company was able to put this into effect with no difficulty. The ability to control what other people see or know about you is a wonderful tool, and it's another thing that I really value about the platform. I like that I can pin chats, automatically reply to messages, share files, and so on. That's fantastic!
This program is not suitable for connecting with businesses of any size because it does not offer private messaging or other automated functions. In the event of a critical situation, being unable to make calls online might have catastrophic consequences. The ease with which other people may get a hold of your phone number is cause for alarm. In spite of the fact that no one will be able to communicate with you if they do not have your contact information, I believe that participants' phone numbers in group conversations ought to be kept secret, or at the very least, there ought to be the option to switch between keeping them secret and making them public. At the very least, this will result in a greater degree of privacy.

WhatsApp is a free app that lets you send and receive messages, photos, videos, documents, and voice messages. I have been using WhatsApp for a while now. I can't remember how I first found out about it but I am glad I did because it has been really helpful in my life. It is great to have an app that allows me to communicate with my friends and family without having to spend any money on it. I do not use WhatsApp as much as I used too because of the battery life on my phone being really bad but when I do use it for an extended period of time, the battery life does not seem to be as bad.
Whatsapp is one of the most popular messaging apps in the world. It has over 1.3 billion monthly active users and is available on almost every device. Whatsapp has a simple and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to use for both beginners and experienced users. Whatsapp has been around for more than 10 years, so it's safe to say that it's one of the most reliable messaging apps on the market.
It is difficult to find any downside to Whatsapp. It is available for most mobile devices, and it is free to use. It also has many useful features for messaging, like the ability to send pictures, videos, and voice messages. However, I think the main downside of WhatsApp is that you cannot use it offline. For this I can suggest that suppose if the mobile is offline then whatsapp should still be able to send messages using the SMS balance available by ISP.

Overall the experience is delightful and pleasing. There are several advantages to using this economical and simple WhatsApp. Since practically everyone uses this application, it has made communication for me easier. It performs a variety of activities, and I feel very confident using it because it turns out to be very secure because of its end-to-end encryption feature of course. It is safer to avoid being stalked when you can block people you don't want to interact with and when no one on earth can reach you without your contact details. Best product used so far.
WhatsApp provides voice calling, video calling, private chat between two people, group messaging, file sharing, and location sharing allowing you to communicate messages privately without being concerned that someone else will read what you write. End-to-end encryption has been added to all WhatsApp communication methods, including voice calls, group chats, and individual text messages. Even now the best thing is you can even make payment via WhatsApp. Also, the privacy, factor of hiding status, and last seen from the ones you don't want to share stories with is an awesome feature. About Whatsapp Business The'status' feature is wonderful. It enables me to promote my products without spending any money. It acts like a display store that has an ongoing product gallery. Team communication is greatly facilitated by the "group feature." You rapidly send a message to more than one hundred team members and also with the broadcast feature yo don't need to make groups as well.
This is one of the greatest apps I have tried so far, however the only thing I dislike about it is that you have to save someone's number before you can text them, even if you don't know them. It should function similarly to text messages in which the recipient's number is entered and the message is sent without being saved. I'd want to see some things upgraded. I'll mention a few like - I can't seem to amend my status when I make a mistake. I would have to erase it and post it again. We can send only 30 pictures at once only Additionally, the maximum size for exchanging documents is 16 MB. Also, the feature of "disappearing messages" might occasionally be problematic because it can delete some crucial documents that we can forget to save in real-time.

It solves the issue of separating my business phone number and personal phone number since you can use personal WhatsApp and business WhatsApp at the same time.
I like that you can use your business phone number so that my client WhatsApp is separate from my personal WhatsApp. It also has auto response when I'm out of the office so the client knows that I could not respond as quickly. You can also set your business hours and status so clients are aware of what is going on with you.
It still sends you messages even if it's outside your business hours so sometimes you can't help but responds even if you are on a holiday. I also don't like that it always tells me I have duplicate contact when the other contact does not even have a name and the number was just recorded by WhatsApp automatically and you thought you already input your contact so you end up not having the client name on the details. Sometimes, it also says that you already have the contact but when you search it by name, it does not show up.

I travel often and WhatsApp allows my clients to reach me anywhere in the world, as long as I have an internet connection. This means that I don't even have to have a working SIM card, as long as there is a wifi connection, I am accessible. WhatsApp also allows me to communicate with multiple customers at once through group chats or broadcast messages. This is great, because unlike an ad, this goes directly to the persons phone in the form of a message. It's much more likely to get a read and response this way.
What I love most about WhatsApp is that it provides a mobile solution for chatting, calling/video calling, file sharing, and more for anyone with a cellphone. There are no international charges, it does not matter the kind of phone or operating system that you have, WhatsApp works and it works well. I have been using WhatsApp probably since its original release and have seen every update. I continue to use the software because it works, and it feels like a dedicated messaging/calling app.
I think the most troublesome aspect of this app is that it is owned by Meta who have had numerous questionable practices, particularly in the realm of privacy which is hugely important.

I really like the overall experience with WhatsApp. I think it is way better than any other social media out there. I have been using it for a couple of years, and I use it every day on my phone as well as on my laptop. It helps me stay connected with family and friends from different countries, which is great!
WhatsApp offers voice calling features, video calls, one-to-one private messaging, group messaging, file sharing, and location sharing. In 2011, WhatsApp was a fast-growing social networking service within Europe but has since expanded to provide service in most regions of the world.
No option to sign out of WhatsApp from your iPhone or iPad. You can set it up so that people can't see when you were last active, but you can't choose to show a timestamp for that at all. The app does have animated stickers, but these can't be used on iPhone XS or XR because they're too big and left-aligned.

The overall experience is good, in particular, thinking about the job. I am constantly in contact with my clients since my mobile phone is always with me. Moreover, being the most popular messaging application, I am almost sure that is the best way to communicate: it is less invasive of a call but, at the same time, I am sure that the person on the other side will read the message.
The penetration of the market. If you want to communicate with someone, regardless of where you are, WhatsApp is the solution. You can use it for connecting with your friends and your family. You can leverage the product for communicating with the customers. On top of the chat, you have the video call functionality that can help you if you want to see someone far from you. Last but not least, you can leverage the desktop application /Whatsapp web view, that's really helpful if you use WhatsApp for work.
Conference call. Here I see the limit of the application. The quality is not always good. Moreover, it is not comparable with other products that do it (Zoom, Teams, Webex) where you have also additional functionalities to enrich that experience. Another bad point is related to search functionality, if you use the product with your clients, that is a limit.

My experience has been great so far, I use Whatsapp to communicate with my clients through text, and calls. I also use it for marketing purposes. I just wish it had more automations.
WhatsApp is a great communication tool, especially for freelancers and small businesses. You can use Whatsapp or Whatsapp business to run your business but Whatsapp Business offers more features such as a business profile, automatic greeting and away messages, catalogues, Facebook Shop integrations and more. Both versions are very easy to use and set up, you just need to have a phone number, a contact list and a connection (cellular or Wi-Fi). Whatsapp is free so it's definitely worth having to manage your customer relations and communicate with your team. It is easy to integrate with your business processes and first-time users get a little tour guide to help them set it up.
WhatsApp is great but it does not provide enterprise data protection. So the user should be aware of the fact that their data is not completely protected. Automation is limited so it does not work like a chart bot which would make your business processes more efficient in terms of communicating with customers. You can integrate Whatsapp with your website and other tools but if a user does not have WhatsApp they will not be able to contact you. So it's always great to have more than one form of communication between you and your customers. Also, although it does not happen often, WhatsApp has crashed a few times in the past, users were unable to send and receive messages or even access WhatsApp.

I’ve been using WhatsApp for years and this application is a must have. I highly recommend it to everyone as it promotes efficient and effective communication and data sharing.
I can’t imagine a time where I did not have Whatsapp . It’s a must for any person who socializes and communicates with multiple people on a daily basis. This software is the best and it is super user friendly. All it takes is a mobile number to install and there you go! You can now contact any person in your contact list ! It allows for sharing of various files: documents, pictures , audio, PDF files and the list goes on. The back up system is one of the best features and allows me to rescue any files or pictures from chats years ago. I also love using WhatsApp audio and video calls. And the best part of WhatsApp is that it is absolutely free. All these benefits and fantastic features can be accessible to anyone around the world on any type of cellular device.
Whatsapp requires Internet all the time for its use. Other than that, WhatsApp has always been improving over the years and I always look forward to its updates.

Overall, this app is brilliant for casual communication or for small business lead collection. I cannot use it for my professional clients as it is not that much capable on desktop app to share big files to client. Its great that they are improving the app to cope up with business needs with payment gateway and APIs for website's livechat.
I have seen every month updates from WhatsApp and its getting better and better everyday. I am using WhatsApp for business communication and I usually call my clients abroad which might cost me more if done through sim call but whatsapp saved my lots of money and time too. Even with whatsapp I can share my catalogue which I don't need to send everyone as it is available on my profile itself. Also, they have started payment gateway for business and people so that I can get all things needed for my business in one place..
Lots of time, I needed to send bigger files in zip or sometimes in pdf format but whatsapp don't allow drag drop for files more than 15 mb and even attaching them as document won't work because overall whatsapp restricts file size more than 25 mb. Desktop app make my system hangs many times if make it ideal for sometime. Even on browser based app takes lots of ram if used with chrome.

Communicating with the clients has never been easier. Most clients are not willing to install or use an in-house made application most of the time to communicate with the business, but WhatsApp is completely different. They even rather communicate with a Whatsapp bot rather than go to a webpage to search for information. Of course, the bot capabilities depend on the business effort, but all the tools are available to make a great 'consultant' bot that makes clients' life easier.
Everyone uses it, so everyone has it. If you want to reach a client, they will have Whatsapp, if you want to call a client, they will have WhatsApp. We can assume every single client has WhatsApp installed, and that you have your business support Whatsapp, it would mean for your clients that they don't need to install a new app on their phone, open an email app, or go to your physical location. No, they only need to open the most used app in their phone, and that they are familiar with it, and used to communicate with your business.
The WhatsApp desktop app was a little annoying, you shouldn't need your smartphone connected to use the desktop version if you have a desktop with an internet connection. The two applications should be able to function completely separated from other communication/chat applications.

Throughout these years, I feel that it is a more reliable, complete app that includes new features that make it very functional. I feel more comfortable with the multi-device function, I no longer worry if my phone is discharged or turned off, to continue using WhatsApp, I feel more interaction in the messages due to the new reactions.
I really like that WhatsApp can now be used on different devices, with the latest updates the number of members in video calls increased even moer. Temporary messages are very useful to delete conversations automatically and scheduled for a specific time, helping to free up phone memory space. It is an easy-to-use application, creating groups, starting a new chat, blocking or deleting contacts. Upload stories where we can include stickers, emoticons. One of the most interesting functions is the implementation of reactions within messages, something that we have in Messenger and Instagram, I like to have this new function, because it allows us to better express reactions within conversations. Lastly, I want to comment on the function of continuing to listen to voice messages even if we leave the chat, the so-called: "voice messages in the background". That allows us to listen to the message and review another chat, or do other tasks while it continues to play, I highlight it because it is one of my favorites, and within this same area include the function of accelerating the playback speed of voice messages.
WhatsApp has been improving little by little over the years, thus becoming a more complete messaging aplication, however it has some functions that need to be improved, and others that should be implemented. Starting with increasing the number of pinned chats, it's a very small thing, but there are many users who have some important chats that we want to have fixed and at hand. In future updates I hope you can also react to stories as you can now with messages. And the arrival of a version of WhatsApp for Apple tablets and devices such as the iPad is longed for so that it can be completely multi-device. I hope larger files can be sent.

My general experience is really great for WhatsApp. I'm using the best time subsequent to utilizing WhatsApp. This application has turned into the day by day involved programming in my life. I consume the majority of my experience on WhatsApp. This application has made the majority of the issues simpler. Truly, There is in a real sense no informing application as fun as "WhatsApp".. it draws out the energies and light in individuals, being able to gain experiences, assemble connections, business and a Life overall. I have been utilizing the application for 6 years at this point and it simply continues to improve.
WhatsApp enjoys many benefits. It is the most famous informing application, a great many people use it. The video calls are entirely steady, the discussions are progressively, the calls are of excellent, gatherings can be made, arranged responses can be customized, a total profile of the organization and its items can be made, it has many gifts, emojis, enormous documents can be joined, a few records can be sent in a solitary message, it is a safe application, it offers a few security options so nobody enters our record, the messages are encoded. One needn't bother with any exceptional preparation on the item before use. Incorporating this into my organization has been exceptionally simple. It is 100 percent useful application.
Can decide to send 30 photographs in a single time it can make boundless or more than 100 of every one time. What's more sharing documents it's most extreme size is 16mb. Once in a while, I neglected to log out the PC subtleties from my gadget. As such, the subsequent client can undoubtedly watch your WhatsApp messages and subtleties. The reinforcement highlights are exceptionally irritating to us. As, I would rather not utilize the reinforcement element of WhatsApp. It doesn't look exceptionally lovely to me when WhatsApp gives the warning to get to and permit.

I just love whatsapp for its easy to use interface and fast working. It has almost everything that you can expect fromand instat messaging app.
WhatsApp is without any arguments the best instant messaging and communication software rolled out ever uptill today. It provides you with every possible mode of interaction like texting, audio and video calling, group calling and sending files, photos and videos. Due to its extremely low bandwidth consumption, it works very well even on slowest internet connectivity and gives crystal clear voice quality. Along with chatting and file sharing, it also allows you to share your location in real time with your friends using GPS which is a very useful function. Making groups is easy in it. It also has a huge variety of stickers, emojis nand gifs to send to your friends during text as fun. Along with use as a messenger, It also enables you to share text, photo or video statuses with your friends that remains for 24 hours. Whatsapp allows you to set privacy for your statuses, thus you can decide who can view them and whi can not. As for saftey of communication, whatsapp keeps all your communications end to end encrypted, this way no one is able to read them except sender and reciever. Recently it has rolled out the feature of auto disappearing messages, thorough which your messages get deleted automatically after the set time limit.
Whenever we send photos and videos to our friends through WhatsApp, it greatly compresses it to make them lighter for quick sharing, thus highly reducing their quality.

WhatsApp has brought many benefits. It has made communication easier for me since almost everyone uses this application. It has a diversity of functions, it inspires me a lot of confidence because it turns out to be very safe. With the version for companies we have managed to project our services, we have captured some clients and at night the programmed responses do all the work. In addition, there is a version for computers that helps a lot when one is working on one of them. WhatsApp definitely shortens distances and enriches communication.
WhatsApp has many advantages. It is the most popular messaging application, most people use it. The video calls are very stable, the conversations are in real time, the calls are of high quality, groups can be created, prepared answers can be programmed, a complete profile of the company and its products can be created, it has many gifts, emoticons, large files can be attached, several files can be sent in a single message, it is a secure application, it offers several security alternatives so that no one enters our account, the messages are encrypted.
Certain aspects could be improved, for example, not limiting the forwarding of popular messages, sometimes it is uncomfortable to have to forward a message from person to person, one by one. And it would be nice to allow larger groups to be created.

My overall experience is good for WhatsApp. I am utilizing the best time after using WhatsApp. This application has become the daily used software in my life. I consume most of my time on WhatsApp. This application has made most of the problems easier. I am doing the best business-related tasks on WhatsApp. The usage properties are also easier for any person. In other words, any normal person can use the features of WhatsApp. Now, most of the persons have Android and use this application. Another overall experience is that this application is free of cost. I don't need to utilize other expenses of packages for this application. But the thing is that I am not sure about its privacy and security. Although now the security level of WhatsApp is confirmed and confidential to all Persons still I am not sure about it. The other thing is the backup features which is very annoying to me. I want to get rid of saving the backup because I don't need saving backups. But the overall experience with WhatsApp is good for me. I am pretty sure that this application is good and best for every person. I suggest to everyone that this software is good for easier communication and services.
Whatsapp is the best platform I have ever used. This software is the most used one on my device. The first and foremost advantage of using WhatsApp is that it is very convenient to use. The messages can easily send to any person who is present at any place. I can send my messages at any time. The messages speed and networking is very fast. I can send all types of videos, audio. The audio recording system of WhatsApp is also good, which filter the extra noise of surrounding. The second foremost important advantage of using WhatsApp is that there is no advertisement. I have used many applications, but the most difficulty I am facing during the usage is ads. Most of my time is wasted removing the advertisement, but WhatsApp doesn't show any ads, which is quite benevolent for me. The third benefit of using WhatsApp is that e-learning. I can do all types of educational and academic tasks through WhatsApp. In the session of Covoid-19, the whole educational system is set into WhatsApp as many convenient groups might use to share the important messages of our class that was quite easier for us. The complete information can easily manage through WhatsApp. The other benefit of using WhatsApp is that I can do all types of business-related tasks on WhatsApp. Like, as I am a content writer, I do all types of dealings through WhatsApp for easy communication. The other types of businesses like Saling and purchasing are also done through this software. Online communication is intended on it
Although WhatsApp is the best software for communication purposes, there are also some cons to using WhatsApp. The first and foremost con that I experienced is whats Web feature. Any person can use the normal WhatsApp by sync option. Sometimes, I forgot to log out the computer details from my device. In other words, the second user can easily watch your WhatsApp messages and details. The other distraction for using WhatsApp is the cybercriminal ratio increasing from this. Many girls experienced issues of respect in our country. The number of cybercriminals numbers are rising due to access to WhatsApp and sharing the content very faster. This thing enhances the confidence of doing the wrong works. The other con of this application in recent times is that WhatsApp is not secure. In recent days, it thought that a third participant could use your WhatsApp and get the application's details. That information was correct or not also confirmed yet. Due to this, my trust level for WhatsApp is decreasing. The other disadvantage of using WhatsApp is that it increases the distractions to students. Students feel a lack of concentration during the usage of WhatsApp. The educational timing is decreasing due to the high usage of WhatsApp. So, WhatsApp is not good at giving us security and privacy. The backup features are very annoying to us. Like, I don't want to use the backup feature of WhatsApp. It doesn't look very pleasant to me when WhatsApp gives the notification to access and allow

We used to delay in sending Quotations and also responding to customers mails. These often times make us loose job opportunities and customers to our competitors This product has helped us improve tremendously in these areas and more. Now, we're highly commended by our customers for the timely nature of our response to their calls for our goods and services
The ability to select and reply respective messages. This product is really easy to use. One does not need any special training on the product before use. Integrating this into my company has been very easy. I now send soft Quotation to customers through this product. It gets Quotations delivered really fast. I also save money by not printing out Quotations in hardcopies recklessly
In addition to the emojis, add short phrases to aid in quick response or communication. Honestly, product is easy to use. One does not need a special training to enjoy the basics of this product. It's integration has really been easy and quiet simple in my business activities

WhatsApp is handsdown fhe best messaging App. It's my go-to App for communication. I love that it's fully encrypted -end to end, which makes it highly secure. No other messaging App has this. Its call feature has significantly reduced my monthly mobile bill, saving me lots of money. There's also group calls which makes having group convos easy. Its new feature which allows you to set a timer on a pic you send someone is brilliant. After an alotted time the image disappears. Of course the image could be screenshot but it still allows you control Of the images you send. The status feature which is similar to the stories feature of facebook and instagram, so you can share images and videos for your contacts to view, which disappear afrer 24hours. You can also control who you sees it. WhatsApp also makes it easy to share other files such as PDFs etc. It's also easily integrated with other Apps, so sharing content across the Apps is very easy. The group chats feature is phenomenal. I have groups chats for family members, friends, colleagues, business associates. You can also delete messages sent in error, which quite frankly has saved some of my relationships.
It shows when you've deleted a message. So this can stir up a can of worms. The call waiting feature could be modified to allow for placing an existing call on hold while taking another. As it stands now, if you are on a WhatsApp call abd another WhatsApp call is coming through, you have to end the current call to answer the incoming.

Whatsapp does the job it's meant to do, it isn't a chore to use but it isn't a seamless fun experience. Many of it's features are implemented in unintuitive ways but it has such a large user base that it's essential for personal and business communication in the 21st century
Whatsapp is ubiquitous, it is the landline telephone of messaging apps and is a convenient way to reach people of all ages. Its simple to use, popular and over time has incorporated most features that are requested by the average user, gifs, voice and video calling, stories, message deleting and the ability to use WhatsApp web or desktop.
This platform started out as a fairly innovative concept but has been slow to effect polished integration of certain features into the platform such as message deleting, gifs and the control of user permissions in groups. The platform seems to be roughly copying features tht are first implemented by rival messaging platforms and porting them over for its own user base but in a way that is usually not as seamless or easy to use. (For eg. Deleting messages shows the individual who received the message that a message was deleted which kind of defeats the purpose of deleting the message) Whatsapp web and Whatsapp seemed to be implemented in response to other platforms allowing access via the web or your personal computer but is greatly limited by the fact that it's is essentially not its own platform that is linked to your WhatsApp account but essentially a virtual tether which requires your phone to be on and connected to the internet for use. The biggest complaint I have is that Whatsapp restricts a user account to a single telephone number so a user is unable to access their Whatsapp account from more than one phone, this carries over to Whatsapp business as a user must have a completely separate phone number to use WhatsApp business
