Whatsapp is pretty basic and doesn't have many features but is popular among peoples. Our clients and staffs report that they find using Whatsapp easier than using other messaging software - thanks to their basic intuitive User Interface(UI). I would love to have additional features on Whatsapp.
The best thing I know about Whatsapp is that it's popular. There are many messaging software that have better features and all but Whatsapp has a bigger userbase and that's was one of the main reason that we chose Whatsapp. One of the things I like most is the ability to send links and stuff to a group of clients easily. Being able to group clients according to their persona is something we find very useful but this is not a very exciting or feature that other apps don't have. I am not sure why but many people find that using Whatsapp is very easy - it may be due to their awesome initiative User Interface. Due to this very reason - Whatsapp is a popular messaging software and that's why a business like ours need Whatsapp.
There aren't many features as compared to its competitors. I personally prefer Discord but not everyone uses Discord or is willing to use Discord. Whatsapp is relatively easy to use and thus many people use Whatsapp - that's the only reason for our company to be using Whatsapp. I would like Whatsapp if the developers added useful features with time. I would also love to have control over files that can be sent to me by clients. Some clients send audio messages instead of texts and I don't like that as listening to audio messages as time-consuming.

We're a small team and because everybody has WhatsApp, it's our go-to messaging platform for internal team communication. Overall we are very happy with the app.
WhatsApp is the best messaging app hands down. Most people have it, so it's easy to keep in touch with family and friends. In terms of our business, it's become our primary tool of communication between colleagues. WhatsApp uses encryption which is important for me to keep my messages private and secure. Group messages are probably my favorite feature because I can organize my contacts based on work, school, friends, and family. WhatsApp basically makes standard text and call plans from cellphone carriers obsolete, since all you need is a data plan and you can make calls and texts with Whatsapp for free.
The default settings in the app take up a lot of storage in the phone because videos and photos that people send get downloaded automatically. I don't think this is necessary, and it took me a while to figure out why Whatsapp was taking up so much storage on my phone because of this. Also if you send a message by accident and then delete it, WhatsApp will write "this message was deleted". I think it would be better if you could delete messages without WhatsApp writing this. Other messaging apps have this ability, like Telegram. There's a lot of extra features WhatsApp could implement in the future, like the ability to send and receive money from phone contacts.

Whatsapp had made life easier and allowed people to break the distance bar by connecting them in a very simple way. Almost everyone has relatives and friends that live far away from their houses and it's not possible to visit frequently,so this app help bringing everyone together just by video call and now group call limit has been increased also. Whatsapp payments will be a revolution as it can be one hotshot application soon.
Whatsapp is one of the mostly used application worldwide as it had amazing features that keep on improving. Privacy & Security :- Proper measures have been taken by the Whatsapp team in order to secure privacy of users from other contacts also 2FA + fingerprint unlock is quite useful. We can customize that who can see our picture, last seen and other private information. Social Engagement: We can create as many groups with our friends/colleagues/teammates with descriptions and group pics, also pinned messages are very useful incase someone join groups after some time and may miss some important information. Media Sharing: We can share anything on this superb application whether its document, zip, apk, video, audio, image, location, contact.
I dont find any disadvantage in Whatsapp, its Perfect.

Communications are very fluent, the problems can be effectively attended and solved in a really short time thanks to its capacity of sending media, which makes easier to understand the situation and bring solutions. With WhatsApp, I have been able to effectively work for diverse projects located in other countries.
It is very very very easy to use. Absolutely portable and practical. It solves a lot of communication and data transmission instantly; no matter if you are on the other side of the planet, if you have an internet connection, you will be able to send and receive any kind of information only seconds after its release.
I would like to have the possibility of installing a version for Desktop/laptop computer or iPad/tablet, obviously still linked to my phone number, but with no dependence on the on/off/internet connection status of my smartphone (Bluestacks offers us something similar, but not equal to I would like to have). Besides of that, this app does not have the possibility of sending a "beep" to alert a person about an important issue to be discussed; I am sure that would be very useful during this "special" quarantine times.

WhatsApp helps overcome the issues of having much "heavier" and resource-consuming apps on your personal device, which ultimately makes the communication and file/media sharing process much easier, faster and more reliable.
The user friendly environment which allows easy personal communication for regular users or a reliable platform for business communication in a small sized app. Sharing media files and having chats, group chats, regular or video calls and having the peace of mind knowing that the data is end-to-end encrypted and protected.
The limitations in the customization options; The app should allow additional customizations in order for users to create the best fit for themselves.

The experience of using the app was beautiful. The simplicity of the app and the efficiency with what it works really made me stick to this app all day.
What's App Is A very good app to use. According to me, it is ultimately the Facebook whom I trust while using this App. Facebook has won the hearts of many and so has the Whats App. The ease of sending Data Like audio and video clips along with beautiful emoji is what I like most about Facebook's What's App. The ability of the app to send messages Is of ultra high quality and it almost gives a sense of pleasure while using Whats App. The Logo itself speaks a lot about the app. Ultimately what I would say is that it is the simplicity of Whats App Which has won my heart. The App Looks so simple, clean and efficient that I can rely on for my needs and communication.
The Pros of What's App are many but I do feel there are some cons too which I would like to bring to the notice. Firstly when the data like images or video clips are received by the user , the user needs to download the files to his/her phone and this creates a lot of junk memory in users phone. I think the Whats App should show the optio of removing the files there itself where it asks to download, at a particular period after watching it. This feature will help to remove the unnecessar junk for the user from the phone. The feature of adding a friend or person needs to be improved and made clear, which most newbies don't understand. I have seen many people asking each other to send themselves "hi" message for adding themselves to Whats App. Another feature that I would like to bring to the notice of Whats App, which I myself use mostly is calling facility. I stay in a rural area and there is no mobile coverage available most of the times, this is when Whats App comes to my help. What's App can prove to be a very useful tool in remote places where there is access to the internet but not Mobile coverage. What's App needs to bring this to the notice of its users. And another feature that I disliked about WA is that while signing up for the first time it sends OTP on a mobile no and in many cases, there is mobile coverage issue so it would be better if it would send the OTP via the internet itself. A payment gateway option in app itself may benefit the company what I feel.

Good solid communications app. Better than most of the others I've used. Easier to connect with most of my contacts than other apps. All that said, not as common in the USA, so fewer contacts available there.
The app syncs nicely with my contract list and updates with each contract who uses the app. Generally excellent call quality including video calls and video conferencing (but only from the phone app). Very commonly use globally, so there are plenty of users already available. In one country I worked in, the WhatsApp number was more common than the actual mobile number.
The desktop app is nearly useless and the UI is poor. A person can only have one active login, so multiple devices on over account is not possible. For example, I cannot use the app with the same account my phone and tablet at the same time.

My Experience Has Been Awesome!!! This Application Plays A Major Role In My Life!!! It Keeps Me Connected With Family and Friends!!!
I love the fact that you can delete certain messages after you send them to either the wrong person or you typed the wrong message!!! It really comes in handy!!!! Also its very convenient that you can either text, voice call or video call your contacts!!! Great Versatility!!! the ability to change your WhatsApp Status privacy settings is amazing !!! You can only allow certain contacts to view your status which is great if you planning a surprise party for someone and you want to let your contacts know without letting that specific contact know. Another thing I love about WhatsApp is that its easy to use !!! And its widely used around the world especially in the Caribbean. It allows you to stay connected to family and friends around world or just people you cant speak to face to face due to different circumstances!!!
I realized that video call quality suffers especially on android devices which can be annoying sometimes especially as androids take up majority of the smartphone market. Also I feel like WhatsApp deserves a section in the application where you can see which of your contacts are online!!! I've thinking about this for a while Because sometimes I'm online and I'm not sure who message because I don't know whose online at the moment!!! Another thing is that I feel WhatsApp should have a wider group size and call size what I mean by this is that we should be able to add more than 300+ people in a WhatsApp group and 20+ in a video or normal call!!!

My overall experience with WhatsApp has been a very positive one. It has helped me to keep in touch with family, friends and clients in a free and easy to use way. Their service is reliable, stable and Intune with both the office worker or the small business owner such as myself. I would highly recommend both WhatsApp for business as well as the personal version to anyone who wants to protect their data as WhatsApp is encrypted and easy to use. WhatsApp is simply one of the best communication applications available today.
WhatsApp offers an application that is secure and widely used. In almost every country in the world WhatsApp is used to keep us connected using a reliable and secure system. With end-to-end encryption you can rest assured that your text messages, voice notes and audio and video calls are encrypted and not even WhatsApp can listen to them which is amazing. They offer a completely private service which shows they are serious about protecting your data. With WhatsApp your data is safe. I use WhatsApp for business to keep my company in touch with our clients in a fast and reliable way. WhatsApp has proven time and time again that they are the leaders of communication worldwide. I would highly recommend WhatsApp to anyone who runs a small business as well as the personal version for those who take their privacy seriously. Simply run the latest version of WhatsApp on your mobile phone and you'll be fully protected with their grade A encryption.
A great addition to WhatsApp would be having the functionality to accept payments from customers with WhatsApp business. This way you can conduct almost any business with the WhatsApp business app. I look forward to seeing such a feature in the near future, it would certainly be an additional asset to us business owners and our clients in terms of ease of doing business.

My overall experience with WhatsApp is that I can reach out to loved ones and even friends. For example, I like to talk to my cousin a lot but she lives in the Dominican Republic. I am still able to message her, call her, and even video chat her. It has allowed me to also join groups where we discuss some important matters and still be able to enjoy each other's company. WhatsApp has given me the power to check in on people that matter to me even if they are quite far away, that is why I personally use WhatsApp.
What I liked the most about the WhatsApp software is that one can connect worldwide with anyone as long as the phone number is provided to the person who wants to connect. It's available for IOS and android devices for FREE. It is completely easy to use and understand. WhatsApp gives the tool of being able to have a group chat and even do a group call. One can easily change the wallpaper of the chat with solid colors, photos from one's album, even WhatsApp provides some nice pictures to change the wallpaper in the chat. When messaging a single person, if both of the devices have cameras, then one can video chat easily. WhatsApp can be used even with just WIFI/ Internet. If one mistakenly has sent a message to the wrong person or even just a minor mistake, it has the option of unending it, basically can delete it and no one else can see that message. One can send voice recordings as well, which I completely love. The biggest advantage of them all is that it has a delivery status meaning that people can make sure that their message is sent to eh recipient and it can confirm whether the recipient has read it or not.
What I least liked about the WhatsApp software is that there is no sign-out option. One has to delete the app off of their device to be able to sign-out. The contact-number is required to be able to communicate with the person, there is no searching up by nicknames or username, it HAS TO BE A PHONE NUMBER, although they do provide a QR code, it has to be scanned from the WhatsApp camera to be able to add you as a contact. I also dislike that WhatsApp has a file size limit, one cannot send a video file larger than 16MB and documents bigger than 100 MB.

Whatsapp is universal. Everyone uses WhatsApp, and it is for a reason. It has been a great experience for me with WhatsApp, I love how easy it is, how great the features are and I love its web integration. And although it has a few minor annoyances, I do not see myself leaning off the platform any time soon.
Whatsapp most likeable trait is its ease of use. Whether you want to message someone, send attachments, or create/participate in a group chat, it is a breeze. And with its recent (kind of) feature of being able to delete messages, it can save you some awkward moments when you mistakenly send a message that wasn't meant to be sent. I also especially love the seamless integration with its web version, which can be a lifesaver if you are working on your computer on a busy day, unable to check your phone.
Till now, I honestly do not have any complaints about WhatsApp that could result me into switching to another software. In areas that WhatsApp could've been better is its video call quality which becomes terrible sometimes even with a fast internet and the heavy compression applied to the images and the short length of video attachments you can send.

Whatsapp is by far the most ubiquitous messaging app in my part of the world. And as an 8 year user, I can say I love it, and in these 'Covid-times' it's many great features make communication more meaningful.
1. It’s the best way to send messages, pictures and videos with your friends and family - what I like the most is the presence of gifs in the app, which makes messaging that much more entertaining for me. 2. The voice and video calling feature is crisp and clear, while using very little data. 3. The group feature is great, I used it in my student days for student/class/ study groups, I use it for social or family stuff like: weddings, funerals and also neighbourhood groups, and for work purposes- great for office groups (as it has file sharing and group calls). 4. Has end-to-end encryption for added security. 5. The UI is simple to use, and I love the inclusion of a dark mode. 6. It’s free.
The only things I don’t like about Whatsapp are its compression; which really destroys the quality of images I send to my contacts, their being no way to remove/turn-off the status feature, and the lack of multiple devices support for one account.

Real-time messaging, voice and video calls has been a boon especially during these unprecendented times. Although it doesn't really replace face-to-face meetings, it comes a close second. WhatsApp has really brought my friends and families together despite not being able to meet.
1. Ease of use - as a communications software, it is very easy to use. The User Interface is self-explanatory, and all you need is a registered mobile number to use 2. Common medium for communications - most if not all of my peers, whether professional or personal use WhatsApp as the main communications medium, for real-time messaging. 3. On top of messaging, it offers top notch voice and video call functionality, with crystal clear video and audio. This is obviously dependent on your mobile network bandwidth, but generally video calls work very well. An added feature is group calls - Call your friends and family in a group and hear AND see everyone live! It's a boon during these unprecedented times when you are unable to meet your friends and family face-to-face 4. Complete, well-thought off - If you ever need to move phones or change numbers, you can take your WhatsApp backups with you. On the iphone, it automatically backs up to iCloud, and on Android all you need is a Google account on Google Drive. The restore process on a new phone is also seamless.
No integration between iPhone and Android - if you ever need to switch ecosystems, then there is no way to bring your chats across between both platforms. It would be nice if the backup/restore feature of Whatsapp could support both platforms seamlessly. Generally there is very little to fault with WhatsApp - it has hundreds of millions of users worldwide and is a very solid messaging platform. However if you are concerned with privacy, then you may want to know that WhatsApp was acquired by Facebook some years ago, and there are plans to integrate WhatsApp with Facebook Messenger.

My overall experience with whatsapp has been really amazing as i am managing a whole lot of team calls through this platform and thus it is able to cope up with my job. However, I am still waiting for the feature "whatsapp pay" to be introduced in India and we all are eagerly waiting for it for quite some time now .
Although there is a never ending list of all the adavantageous unique features of whatsapp, i would like to highlight the ones i liked the most. Firstly, the video calling quality and how it enables us to have video calls without buffer even in cases when internet speeds are very low, this feature is really commendable. Secondly, the newly introduced feature of enabled speaking assistent into the application i.e. when I speak, the app can type the message for me as per my voice. This feature has really made my life very very easy since typing takes a lot of time which now is saved as the assistent is doing it for me. I personally am using this feature to the most .
One thing that I particularly didn't like about whatsapp is that when we do video call to anyone within India, the screen greys out at times and thus we have to hang up and call again to see other person. I am not sure of this is the case only with me but yes i am personally facing this issue from quite some time now. Secondly, a minor aspect that i didn't like is that the overall GUI of the application is same from quite some time now without any changes to the appearance of the app. At times this becomes a bit mundane for the end customer because we use whatsapp a lot and a little change in the app appearance from time to time would keep the user's spirits lively while using the application.

I use WhatsApp since many years ago and it is still one of my favourite messenger apps. As the most popular messaging application, WhatsApp allows me to reach almost anybody I need to contact. It is easy to use with quite a lot benefits. However, difficulty to use on computer and lack of certain features related to file sending made WhatsApp less preferable than another messenger app for me.
1. In my opinion, the biggest advantage of WhatsApp is that, it used very widely by billions of people and can be considered as the most used messenger app in the world. It creates a great opportunity to reach many customers if you are using for business, or to connect with many friends if you are using for personal reasons. 2. You can create Business Account on WhatsApp and add information about your business, such as your website, address, contact number and so on. It us a great, easy and safe way to communicate with your customers online and creating an opportunity for them to contact you whenever they want. 3. As end-to-end encryption of WhatsApp offers a great safety, there is actually no need to worry about the data leakage of your chats and files you have sent. 4. Considering that video meetings gain more and more importance each day, WhatsApp offers a simple and easy way to make video calls via smartphones. It also has a feature to add more than one person to the video chat, which makes it more advantageous. 5. WhatsApp is more fun than other messenger apps as well, because it has Status section, where you can see text, photo and video posts of your contacts, as well as publish your own content. What makes it more preferable is that you can choose who can see your posts individually.
1. It is not easy to access WhatsApp from computer. There is always a need to have your phone connected to internet in order to use Web WhatsApp and also, it takes some time to build a connection. I think it is quite inconvenient. 2. Sending large files, especially videos is almost impossible. WhatsApp doesn't allow you to send a file above a certain size and instead of compressing a video to fit that threshold level, it makes you to cut it for sending. 3. WhatsApp reduces picture quality significantly while sending to someone, posting as a status, or setting as a profile picture. Even though it is possible to send a picture as a file, you cannot do it through the gallery. You need to dig into your "Files" to find the picture you want to send without losing its quality.

All in all this is a wonderful app, and I hope to have been descriptive enough in both the positives an negatives. You must share this app with your friends and family across the globe... save yourself the money in buying the timed calling cards. Download the app for free!!
I highly recommend WhatsApp!!! This simple app is a highly valued app and is a staple in communicating with my family. I myself live in the United States, but all other members of my family live in Mexico. This app has made communicating easy and absolutely free!! It works by using the internet to connect you to your loved ones. With features like video chat, messenger, and voice calls.. It is no wonder why this simple app has gone viral across the globe. I do mean that because in addition to connecting with mexico, I make regular phone calls with friends across the United State, Brazil, and Canada. With an app this valuable it makes me wonder why California does not use this as much as they do in Latino America. All in all.. I Highly recommend.
My only minor complaints are that it may be difficult to add another user into your contacts if they are from another country. I say this only because I am not used to adding a +1 before my number, and depending on the region it may be different for you. This should not deter you however because once you do connect you will not be required to repeat the process. My other desire is to have more users across California. I am blown away by the fact that the United States has not made this app a staple in communication. This is a must have, yet my friends have never heard of the app.

I think the only downfall is the figuring out of some of the features once u do know how to use them though it's obvious though and really is a easy program to use

As an E-learning organization, we need to communicate not only with our students but also with our internal team members. With WhatsApp, we can stay in touch with our students, take classes with video calls and answer their questions quickly. Internally, we share important documents and arrange small group meetings with its group calling feature. We are very serious when it comes to security, and the encryption technology that WhatsApp provides for free is very convenient. Overall, the value for money is totally satisfactory.
The app installation is very easy and signing up with just a phone number is also very convenient. The user interface is simplistic, but has basic to advanced features such as - group messaging, video calling, message highlighting, voice calling, document sharing - all a team needs for cooperative workflow. Best of all, the communications are 100% encrypted - so no other people can intercept the connection between the devices.
The encryption technology may be a problem when the data on a device is erased for some reason. Because after re-logging in, the previous conversations won't be restored instantly. All the other device that had communicated previously must come online too. But there's a workaround - regularly backing up the data to Google Drive.

Whatsapp doesnot regulate communications of any nature , whether offensive or derogatory in nature. Unfortunately its hard to regulate.

In this time of quarantine communication is essential. You can use WhatsApp to: talk to friends and family, meet work colleagues, purchase products at home and even make great video calls.
A lot of people do have this social communication tool, then it's easy to find whoever you need to make contact. Many companies also use Whatsapp as a customer service number, so you can get in touch very quickly and easily. You can create and join groups of interests so the message you need to spread needs to be send only once. Audio and video calls are also very reliable and smooth depending on your internet connection.
There is a little problem with the backup model Whatsapp uses. For example your media, if you ever want to change you cellphone and don't backup you media before, you can lose the older ones. There is other messaging tools which holds your media safely for a very long time, so you never need to worry about backup. You can get around this by using the Google Drive backup, but not everybody is aware of this.

I can share useful pdfs and links instantly via this app. This app saves much time as it is fast and easy to use. In case of travelling, I share my live location with my family or my team mates to avoid any delay or hassle. It is very useful to share any information in the group. Overall I am satisfied and happy with this app.
I like that this app is very easy to use and user friendly. It requires very little internet (in KBs) and time (less than a second) to send a text message worldwide. It also offers the video call feature and we can voice call or video call any known person anywhere in the world for free. We can easily log in to our Whatsapp account on any tablet or laptop or a computer via the Whatsapp web. It consumes very little battery and internet throughout the day. We can easily make groups and invite members via a link or add them directly. We can also delete a recently sent message. We can star mark important messages for further use. We can share our live location or any location to our friends or family and stop sharing live location when we want. Also, there is a dark mode feature.
The least liked thing about this app is people can easily send fake news via this app and it spread so quickly. There is no way to delete a fake news or remove it completely. Also, we can only group call upto 8 people. We can't send big files and videos. If the file is deleted from the phone, there is no way to retrieve it back. When we are listening to the voice note and we shut the phone then the voice also shuts. We can't turn off the notifications permanently. There is no confirmation button to delete the message for me only or permanently. The image and video quality drops when images are shared via this app. We can't upload long videos on a single status.

Whatsapp is a great tool for individuals to interact within their extended families, relatives and friends. Whatsapp messaging & options of Audio and Video calling are the best features.
Whatsapp software is the great product with very nice features. Whatsapp has been very popular and most commonly used across on a daily basis. Whatsapp is a very nice Collaboration and Digital Content sharing platform. Whatsapp features like sending individual messages & sharing messages across the group are very popular. Whatsapp other features include sending Images, Audio and Video files, adding indivdual status messages. Whatsapp messaging is encrypted and very safe. Whatsapp allows one to save the conversations, take backups, delete unwanted messages or files. Whatsapp can also be used in professional world to have conference calls with more than one person at a time, share the messages & files across the group. Whatsapp also is gaining popularity and many companies also have started using this has a marketing platform, to send notifications to customers etc.
Whatsapp has lot of advantages but also has some demerits or disadvantages. Whatsapp is still not been revognized has the recommended tool in the professional world. Whatsapp has been popular mostly has a Social collaboration tool and this does not allow within corporates to have exchange of information. Whatsapp is mostly a content sharing platform and does not have features to author content except the basic text format. though one can add photos or videos but there is no options for editing the same.

I use Whatsapp to talk with my family, doing video calls, send instant messages, share links, and pictures every day. Whatsapp is a great partner and an essential app for every people around the world to stay online with your family.
I like the simplicity and utility of the Whatsapp. With this incredible tool, I can make business and personal transactions with pictures, videos, links, and documents in the same app. The best thing about Whataspp you can have a great chat experience with your family because the app is simple too. Whatsapp is an essential tool for all business people and families around the World.
I think the web version of Whatsapp can be improved because the Web Whatsapp does not have the same functions in comparison with the mobile app. I miss the presence of the button to add new contacts. This improvement can be add on the Whatsapp Web version because it improves the overall user experience with the web version. The app must have the features to synchronize the contact list of the user in real-time. It will be awesome.

Overall, this was an effective way to keep our team 'together' when we were all working apart due to COVID-19. We had tried other methods but What'sApp was the one that really created the environment we were looking for. It allowed us to chat and share images/videos to keep the daily team banter going but also allowed us to share links and documents to get work done. When you go from working in a very close environment to virtually, it's important to be able to communicate in a way that works for everyone. This was it.
What's App is easy to set up and utilize. Installation took only a few minutes. Adding in Team Members to create a a Group in which all of our members could chat was equally as easy and efficient. It was an easy way to have our small group of employees in constant communication and keep a team environment, but also allowed us to have quick breakout chats so as not to disturb the whole team. Voice messaging is a nice feature for when you are unable to type.
At this point I have only positives about WhatsApp. If there was one thing I would say I didn't like how it was automatically downloading images to my phone but that was easily fixed and took less than a minute.
