I use WhatsApp every day - sometimes more than iMessage and I will continue to use it because it's free, excellent for travel, and allows us to stay in contact with our international clients.
WhatsApp continually to improves its features. I've been using WhatsApp to communicate internationally with clients for over three years and it's been a live saver. It's free, fast, and has a great ability to house media (shared photos, files, and links) all in one handy easy-to-find place. The best feature is the ability to respond directly to a message in a thread. I wish this was a feature that Apple would adopt for iMessage. It's very powerful to be able to reply directly to a comment, especially when there is a lot of communication happening. Very advanced tool. Extremely fast and efficient for international communication.
The features are great, however, I do notice that the notifications can be a bit overwhelming. Also, there's quite a bit of spam accounts that try to message you which can make the platform feel a bit unsafe when it comes to data security and privacy.

Good application, I like it, easy tool to keep in touch with friends, especially in the days of the pandemic.
I don't know how they make money, but the main functions are free of charge, which allows to communicate with friends in a daily basis . Useful tool to talk, write and sent files and photos to friends. I like the function that keeps all the photos and when you change your phone and inststall whatsApp, you can still find your old photos you've sent. Also, I like whatsApp chats.
The main disadvantage is you can't view the photos you received untill you open and download it to your phone. And when both of you ( receiver and a user who sent the photo) have deleted the photo from the mobile phones, you can't find it anymore. And sometimes you can't find old conversations when you delete the app from the phone and inststall it again. If the account is the same, why is it so?

I am using Whatsapp to communicate with my clients, colleagues, friends etc and I think Whatsapp is the best solution for me. Sharing files and media is also very easy with Whatsapp. I can remain in contact with people even from other countries. Whatsapp requires an overall very low memory and runs very smoothly. I am so impressed with its security and privacy. I am thankful that Whatsapp is accepted by people worldwide.
Whatsapp is so far the best and fastest way of communicating with our friends, colleagues, clients and family because of its low memory and low internet usage requirements. Whatsapp is so well optimized that it even runs on a 1gb RAM device with Internet speed as slow as 2G. Whatsapp has the best security and privacy because of its chat being end-to-end encrypted. We have the full control of our account...
Whatsapp group has a limit of a maximum 254 members which makes it difficult to use it for a bigger organization or community. Creating a Whatsapp Bot is a very difficult process and requires a lot of knowledge. Other than this two problems, I don't think there's anything wrong with this great Chatting application.

I love what's app but overall I feel less features still now. I'm using other alternative applications manage my business meetings and other stuffs because of this less features
It is very safety case it has encryption system, When I connect public WiFi, I don't feature about the external threads as well as easy to access through website, easy to track all the files and other documents as well as new features like group chat media hide settings which prevent images to show off in gallery, these features are very nice and necessary for current situation, developing team mainly put focus security that's the amazing thing as well as deleting pictures form chat box removed in gallery only in "Android" version
Mainly here I'm going to talk about Android version cause IOS version has much nice features than Android ( little bit cons in Android for example IOS still keep pictures in gallery even after we deleted in chat box with delete for everyone ) I find out some errors in some areas as well as I feel it has less features compare with other apps. First one is when I export my chat it has only to allow...

I have had very good experiences with this product. I am really never disappointed. It’s is as advertised and has never failed me.
What I like most about this software is the video and Audio quality is very good. It does not require a great internet connection to connect. Even under the worse conditions this app still connects. This app enables me to stay in touch with my family whom lives in other countries (not the USA) at no cost and enables me to feel as if we all live very close by.
I have used this app for 4 or 5 years and I have not really found any cons. It is better for me than other similar products and everyone can use it.

It is a good App for the user. Specially designed for all people to operate this App without any confusion. All the options are easily understood by all age category people. Collectively I can assure this app is one of the best User-Friendly App that I have ever used.
WhatsApp Software app can allow us to use any ages of people it makes user friendly. We can share our location easily therefore; clients can find our business place easily. Live Location facility facilitates the home delivery to our clients on time. The conversation especially the text messages can be emailed for printing or backup as a result we can retrieve the messages in any situation. End to End...
Some countries are not allowing the WhatsApp calls in their region as a result we can’t contact our overseas clients through Voice call. Obviously, it is a great setback. Other Apps like Facebook and Snap Chat Apps can contact people or clients without their contact number. But WhatsApp is required the contact number of the person whom we want to contact. There is no Sign out option in WhatsApp Unlike Facebook and Gmail/Yahoo mail. Therefore it is not good for our data security and privacy.

It is easy to share the things through whatsapp. I have so many group chats with my school friends, university friends, office members and even with my university lectures. And also when I want to reviewed my work by some specialist I simply share my document...
The most important features that I have experienced are whatsapp status, group chats, group video calls, voice calls and whatsapp web. So without recharging the phones especially those who have not familiar with e-banking we can easily share the things through the whatsapp. Because it will cost very less amount...
When we try to send a high quality photo through whatsapp normally the quality of the photo is reduced. So most of the people do not like to share the photoes through whatsapp. There is a limitation for the whatsapp status vedio. We can not put somewhat lengthy video as a one status. It should be divided into short time video clips. And also we can not download someone's status. Some times it is an...

We use WhatsApp for all sorts of communication. In my personal life I use it for family chats, friend chats, and sharing stop with people, mostly overseas. At work, we have generated chats with workgroups and volunteers and we love it. In certain areas, we have fully streamlined our communication via WhatsApp. We have established chat rules and it works great for us.
It is simple to use. With some of our volunteer teams, I don't know what we would do without WhatsApp. It is simple to use, you can communicate via text, voice, send files, links, pictures and videos. Our communication was streamlined with volunteers because of WhatsApp. It is also easy to create new chats and forward messages. 9/10
The only hard part is that a phone number needs to be saved on your device in order to add them directly on a chat. WhatsApp made this easier by generating a sharable link for a chat, and allowing people to join it.

I have used WhatsApp for over 4yrs now and I must say I am quite comfortable with the software. I do not have any plans of switching from WhatsApp to any other similar software anytime soon.
I prefer WhatsApp over other messaging apps due to the following reasons: 1. Speed 2. Ease of use 3. Low data consumption 4. Security and 5. Price (Free usage)
I would suggest the folloing features on WhatsApp: 1. The number of users in a WhatsApp group should not be limited 2. The "message delete" feedback should be seen only by the person that performed the action.

It is very easy to use and it's free. I have used this communication channel to talk to clients, you can call them, send pictures, videos and you can send live audio messages without having to call them. This is very useful. I also use it a lot because my family lives all over the world and you can stay in touch.
I absolutely love this app. It's the only metgod I use to stay in touch with my family and friends that live abroad. It is a free app, it is very easy to use. You can make voice calls and video calls. They added a new feature to conference call with up to 6 people ( I think) and I am very excited to try that. You can send pics and videos. You can have group chats, and my fav feature is that you can...

In terms of business, I tried using WhatsApp to keep in touch with my clients, but it became a nightmare. The inability to group my groups (i.e. nesting) meant my business groups were all mixed up with my personal contacts and groups (and I'm strongly against having to have a secondary phone number JUST for work). Because there's no way to set up roles in groups, my clients were able to change their...
The only thing I like about WhatsApp doesn't have anything to do with the actual app but rather its usage by the majority of the population. It's the primary messaging app for individuals and companies and, as such, it's nigh impossible to function without it. It's relatively easy to use too.
Wow, where do I begin? The one thing that impacts me the most is how incredibly poorly implemented the web version is. WhatsApp doesn't have a lot of features in and of itself, and the web version, which is the version I use the most, has even fewer features. For instance, you can't add contacts, make videocalls or even send stickers. Other than that, WhatsApp offers very, very little in the ways of...

There was a time I was purchasing a breathalyser from South Africa for my company. Phone lines were a problem but we communicated on WhatsApp. I remember the dealer saying “time will come when phone lines will be a thing of the past” and I agreed with him. I have found whatsapp to be an indispensable communication app for both social and official communication
WhatsApp is social app for communication, which is rapidly being accepted as an official communication app, overtaking well-known applications on the market. WhatsApp has the following strengths • Messaging is so instant • As a user, you have the flexibility of choosing what method you want to communicate to your contact according to what is convenient to you. You can choose to type a message, send...
• Very unfortunate for people using phones with a small storage space. There is no option in WhatsApp to change settings that downloads should go directly into an sd card. Phone memory gets full so quickly and affects its performance. • Audios in WhatsApp stop playing when you move from one conversation to another. • No settings to disable status updates view

I'll continue using WhatsApp for years in the future. To communicate with friends internationally and individuals on a domestic level. I have faith in the application and really enjoy the useful functions it provides. It doesn't disappoint, in terms of chatting with others from other time zones.
WhatsApp has been a part of both my business and personal conversations for over 3 years now, which makes it such an ideal contribution to the relationships I share with others. The quality I appreciate most about WhatsApp is its ability to transcend international peers and converse with them without the fear of additional rates. As a business creative who communicates with clients and friends from other countries that share limited access, this application understands the importance of reaching out to others with powerful performance and connection.
It's actually quite humorous, but I've shared conversations about the wish for generated GIFs to post on the WhatsApp workspace without just uploading stills of them. We've laughed about it and think it will elevate WhatsApp's potential.

Overall, I am quite satisfied from the product but betterment of this can be done.
It is very easy to use. The graphics and UI are great. Dark mode works well and its very easy for teams to connect over various diffetent groups. The groups have lots of features for admins to acess great control. These features are quite useful. Also it allows great business facilities and video calling platform which is great.
The limits in a whatsapp group is what I like the least and the late introduction of new features. New members of group are not able to view the previous messages and its a big downside.

My overall experience with Whatsapp has been amazing. I love all the little details and options it provides, like voice messaging, deleting messages, being able to reply to specific messages, video call, audio call, changing the background, having a profile picture, and it's all FREE! This app changed the way my family in the US can communicate with our loved ones abroad and I am forever grateful for this app!
From the clever name of the app to all the free features, I love it. It helps keep me connected to my relatives abroad. In just a moment I can call, video call, or chat with them and it has changed our life to use this app! Growing up we never had it, and it would be so long between calls abroad! Now I can see my family members any time I want. I LOVE that I can send voice messages, send group messages, call, video call, delete messages, and reply directly to messages. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone who wants to keep in touch with friends and family all over the world, but also to have convenient group chats and a fun place to voice message with friends near home as well! Love it and am grateful for WhatsApp.
What I like least about this software is that unless you turn off the setting for saving media, every single picture that gets shared gets saved into your phone's photo album. I didn't like going back and deleting all these images when I didn't know about the setting to turn off the feature! Especially because I am in a lot of different groups that are constantly sharing photos. The app should have the feature turned off and allow users to turn it on, because by the time I realized I had a thousand images in my folder and was wondering why my space was running out!

Overall, Whatsapp has served its purpose for keeping in touch with classmates and ongoing group projects. It's not my first choice for a messaging app, but I can see the appeal especially for international communication. I am of Korean background and my family, friends, and I mostly use Kakao probably due to cultural reasons.
I used it mostly for school purposes to keep in touch with my classmates and specific group chats. It's been proving useful for that purpose and sharing things and looking up key words in a chat prove to be useful.
Honestly, there are so many messaging apps that exist...Whatsapp was instantly disappointing in it's looks and layout. I wish I could change the theme or make it a simple black and white. It doesn't discern itself from other messenger apps with anything special and I still prefer to use other apps over Whatsapp. I am particularly not fond of the default setting where it automatically saves every picture people send in a group chat. I ended up having hundreds of photos of my classmates in my gallery and it really was unwanted. Though I've turned off the setting, I don't think this should be the default.

It is a great messaging app that will help your team stay up to date, customizable, easy to use because of the clean user interface. The best feature is that you can see if someone read your message and when they are typing their reply back. Getting it integrated with your flight itinerary is a great way to automatically share updates with your team even when you do not have internet access, the airline will keep everyone in your selected group posted.
We have been using WhatsApp for years with our team, mostly to send status updates, share photos. It is very easy to use, userfriendly interface, clean design. You can add emojis to the group name which makes it very customizable and fun. You can see when somebody read your message, a checkmark shows up next to your message and you can even see when the other person is typing, it feels very real-time....
It is easy to forward images and files within the app among different groups or between apps ( for example Messenger) but I always find it difficult to find how to save images directly to the phone. I found the video quality not as good as Messenger.

WhatsApp is the best application for purposes of communication as an alternative to SMS and MMS. It is a gift of modern technology and is difficult to live without in today's world.
- Apart from providing multiple features under one roof for free, the best thing about Whatsapp is that it is extremely user-friendly, so you don't have to put a lot of effort to learn how to use the application. - It works with the minimum consumption of data makes it very beneficial for all those using it with minimum WiFi signal or mobile network in a country like India. - Another important feature that I find worth mentioning about the application is that you can delete messages and media files sent accidentally for a limited time period post sending the text. It does delete it in the chat mentioning that a certain message was deleted here but it still remains an important feature in case you accidentally send something to the wrong person.
- One of the major drawbacks of using WhatsApp is that it doesn't allow you to forward a message to more than 5 people at a time. This could be very troubling for someone trying to send a message to a large group of people individually without wanting to share it on WhatsApp groups. - It does not provide great quality when it comes to audio/video conference calling. - It doesn't let you share media files larger than 100MB which limits the user from sharing multiple media files. Also you can't download a media file shared more than 30 days ago which could troublesome in case someone is not able to check the message for a month or tries to download an important file later. - The iOS implementation is dodgy.

Overall, my experience with WhatsApp has been really good. I use it every day for my business and some social stuff. It has a lot of features and functionality that help to streamline my business. I really like how easy WhatsApp is to use. It's probably one of the most user friendly messaging apps available. WhatsApp keeps coming out with new features so I hope that any issues I listed will be addressed soon. Using WhatsApp is really a no-brainer. The ROI is really high when compared to other similar software. I recommend WhatsApp for anyone who is looking for a user friendly messaging app that needs to be able to handle their personal and business needs.
WhatsApp is a great communication tool. It's incredibly user friendly and it's easy to set up. I use WhatsApp on a daily basis to keep in touch with my employees and clients. I like that I can send text, images, and video. I use the video chat feature the most. This is really helpful when I need to communicate effectively to my team. I also use it to send documents and image files to my clients. This...
The only improvements that I would suggest would be to add more features to groups. I think the groups feature is very useful but it should have more functions. One aspect I don't like is how everyone's information is always visible. It would be nice to have a anonymous feature. I would also like the ability to preview a video before downloading. I send and receive a lot of videos through WhatsApp and I don't like having to download every video. Especially, when I don't need to watch every video that I get. Finally, I would like to see WhatsApp integrated with email clients.

I use it every day - so that speaks volumes. Messaging in different groups is good. Multilingual messaging is not so good if your language skills are ropey. Video works smoothly as well as audio, and it's nowhere near as annoying as Skype to configure. All in all a good if slightly basic universal communicator software solution
What's App is easy to use and flexible. Although originally intended as a consumer product it can be used in business applications. I understand its encryption is strong though haven't tested it. Text, voice and video messaging all work well (for me at least) and great for keeping in touch with distant friends and family. You can even use it for group calls of up to four people. And of course, its free. Less complex and fussy than Skype, I prefer it.
Using multiple instances of WhatsApp is not so easy. You can use it in a Windows browser by using the web version but unforunately it is not so easy to to use on a tablet when the main app is on your phone. The four person limit for group calling is a limitation. And if you're into filters it's nothing like as exciting as Snapchat. There is no translation function yet with WhatsApp but I'm hoping that will get added soon - there seems no technical reason why not.
