We switched 400 contacts to WA in 2012 and we now consistently bump up against the 2000 contact level, above which we are not prepared to go because of the large annual fee increase
Event management and the updated email formatting
Price rise in 2022 is not commensurate with the level of improvements and the lack of support from human beings

Wild Apricot has been a huge help in managing our membership database. Renewal notices go out automatically and the payment process is tracked and easy to see you has paid and who still owes. We use the event modules for registration for our events and that has been a big help also. Before we did all this with spreadsheets, email, and snail mail; as a result we were never up to date and was subject to errors and headaches.
